Review 1：I was unfortunate that our room had been double booked and we had to change rooms during our stay.
Review 2：the staff were very good particularly all the young ladies on reception who were all very helpful. The rooms were of a high standard and spotless. The food was good.
Review 3：As a personal preference, it would be great if smoking would not be allowed in the breakfast area.
Review 4：I have previously stayed at this hotel a couple of times for business & leisure. The room is big enough for 2 people with nice furniture and comfortable bed. It is very clean which is a key point for us. The location is in the center of Zalau (even if the city is not so big) and you can take advantage to walk. The service is very good and the breakfast is varied with a lot of options (home made bread, cheese, salami, fruits, yogurt, cereals, etc.). We would stay here again for sure.
Review 5：I did not like the mattress being on the floor. The end tables were short to match the bed. The room only had a desk chair to sit on. I also did not like the small little blanket that was on the bed. My foot was out from under it all the time.

Review 32：Staff were very helpful with a good knowledge of local facilities and services. They all spoke fluent English but were also delighted to share and improve my attempts at Romanian. My room was large, comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and used some local produce.

Review 35：I ordered a suite on booking.com. Upon arrival they had me in a regular room and when I asked about the suite I was told I could have one but it would be more money. When I produced my booking.com printout, there was no problem and I had the suite at the agreed price. Same misunderstanding regarding checkout time.... neither of these were real problems because I asked and they honored the reservation, but had I not asked, I would not have had the suite or 2pm checkout.
Review 36：The staff was very friendly and helpful and the suite was huge. The hotel was fairly empty so breakfast was order freshly prepared when you arrived rather than having a buffet. It was excellent.
