Review 1：I fear that some Swiss banknotes (but only worth about 60 or 80 francs) disappeared from the room while I was out using euros. I cannot prove it and was in any case unwise to leave money in the room, but it had already been cleaned. Someone went in later to replace the juice I had used, for the minibar was again full. I could find only German on the TV. The reception staff did not smile at all. The 2 small lifts were inadequate for a huge number of guests, we had very long waits most of the time for one. Often they would finally come but be full (only 4 persons per lift). I was too temporarily handicapped to be able to use the stairs). The breakfast ingredients (excellent) were not arranged in a logical sequence and there was not such a thing as a tray so with only 2 hands, one had to make more than one trip from the dining areas for one's food and drink.

Review 2：I liked the entrance hall and the fact that some little snacks were laid on, free of charge, at times like mid-morning and the afternoon (e.g. coffee/tea and cake). Proximity to the main station turned out to be essential as I had suddenly found walking difficult (tendinitis of the hip). Free use of the bar (water, juice, Coke).

Review 3：The sole elevator regularly breaks down and should be replaced as the service elevator is tiny and cannot cope with the guests and luggage.

Review 7：It was noisy from trains, busses, and cabs. Lots of sirens in the area. Very run down. Our door lock did not work. Homeless people nearby. Not a good impression of Germany.

Special extra free minibar and as the sign of special hospitality free coffee, tea, water and cakes in the lobby during the day. Also, free use of two computers in the lobby. Review 41：No real negatives except that each room was different - we had 5 rooms and two were huge with plenty of space, the other 3 were quite small and different shapes. Only other bad point is because it's near the main train station this does mean there are beggers and tramps, giving the area a rough feeling.

Review 42：It was a cheap and cheerful deal so wasn't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. A family group of us between ages 21 to 78 and everyone agreed. Lovely buffet breakfast, with plenty of choices, free mini bar which was refilled each day, free tea & coffee in the foyer, nice and clean with rooms cleaned each day and fresh white bedding. Very friendly and helpful staff, free Wi-Fi. Nice and close to shopping, river, museums, etc.

Review 45：- We asked for early check-in in the reservation, and although we asked about the price change in advance, we were not informed about it. When we arrived they charged us for early check-in the price of almost the whole extra night. - Lots of websites including (wiki, curse network etc.) were blocked in wi-fi network. - The light switches turn on or off not only the lights but all the electricity in the room, therefore if you want to watch a TV in the evening you can do so only with turned on lights, same during the day. I'm not sure why they did that.

When i woke up in the middle of the night there were lots of bugs on me and now i see a lot of red points on my body It is terrible that i am thinking about contacting a lawyer. Coffee and cakes are available free of charge in the reception, and you also get free use of the minibar. The breakfast buffet was excellent by German standards. A horrible smell of smoke came into my room, and after calling the front desk "in charge" informed me that he could do nothing about the smokers, and the hotel was packed. What?

Review 133：When I driving in to check in and call the Hotel reception that I had difficulty to park the in front the Hotel to unload my baggages and my families, but the answer is not accept that I need to find the space within long time of the Taxi's .Since there is Taxi station in front of the Hotel. At the end , I have to park my car and carry four bagges for more than 500 meters.
