Review 1：Everything, like being at home.
Review 2：Room was on ground floor next to main entry - therefore loud after hours as guests were coming back to the hotel. Room smelled of smoke from previous guests. Hot water pipes made loud noises in the morning.
Review 3：Great staff, clean hotel and grounds. Location was close to beach and restaurants.
Review 4：Water heater made a beeping noise during our entire stay, told the front desk and they didn't fix it. Then the a/c sounded like a train coming through the place. Definitely needs some maintenance even though it looks pretty new. There is nothing in the halls to absorb sound, so it is quite loud. Tortoreto is just kind of ok - not a beautiful beach destination.
