Review 1：You need the car to get pretty much anywhere, to the beach, shop for food or restaurants.

Review 2：Very quiet, secluded place, surrounded by a lot of natural landscapes. Loved the little river passing by and the gentle owners :)

Review 3：I liked the hospitality of the owner, the good looking of the place, rooms are big, cleaned, it is closed to the forest and a small river is crossing by. The place is very closed to the Albena's beach and also close to Balchik. A very nice place! I was impressed!

A really nice place to stay, and if I wanted a relaxing break,this would do nicely.We even got a large plate of freshly baked goodies for breakfast. Review 13：If one is looking for a busy resort for entertainment and restaurants, they may need to travel by car to get to these. For us this was a plus.

Review 14：We liked everything about the place. The location is very quiet - perfect for relaxing. Rooms are spacious and there is plenty of cupboard/ wardrobe space. The owners are exceptionally helpful and have thought of everything possible to make the stay there comfortable and pleasant. We had the best rooms with a large open terrace.

Review 15：With only the large doors as windows, could not keep them open at evenings/nights - so room got a bit damp feeling at times.

Review 16：Very friendly owners, and they do go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. Quiet location, and only minutes walk from the beach. Own cooking facilities more than adequate for solo traveller. Internet reliable and good speeds. Secure parking for your car. A very nice Guest House - and if I would need to stay near Albena again, would definitely consider Villa Exotica again.
