Review 1：There was hair on the floor of the bathroom, the drainage pipe under the sink became dislodged and water wet everywhere. We told the front desk and no one came to fix it before we left. The breakfast was decent, we found a dent after we returned home on our Jeep. Not sure it happened there, but we didn't notice it until after we returned home. They had valet parking so I have no idea what the parking situation was like. The bed was just as hard as the floor, no one spoke decent English which I wouldn't mention except its advertised as a business hotel.

Review 2：The location was convenient, large flatscreen, the bathroom was large and the lighting was really good and the comforter was comfy if not extremely loud.

Review 3：The bed was hard. The breakfast was alright only if you like to eat Korean food for breakfast.

Review 4：Well situated, the hotel overall allowed for a great stay. It was a very pleasant hotel with good solid furniture and better thought through design.

Review 5：The deluxe room was lovely, really big with a nice bathroom. The location is good, only a 15 min taxi ride from the intercity bus terminal and not too far to downtown. Would recommend.

Review 9：well appointed and spacious room: bathtub, walk-in shower, sofa and fridge (emtpy, so we stocked it with our own goodies), good selection of breakfast items both Korean and Western, 5 minute walk to Metro station in lively area near University, but really quiet (sixtuple window glazing if required), professional staff, excellent selection of bathroom goodies (incl toothbrush, razor, hair conditioner etc)

Review 10：The bed matress is good, medium hard type. Lotte mart, selling lots of vegetables/ fruits/ drinks/ bread etc, is very near,just 2 minute walk. Other shopping complex is near about 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurant around that area.
