Review 1：Cooked items for breakfast should be kept warmer

Review 2：Excellent location, within walking distance from the city centre and just 15 minutes drive away from the airport. You can find everything you would expect from a 4 stars hotel: quiet, spacious and spotless clean rooms full of amenities. The spa and fitness room can be used for free. Staff is nice and professonal

Review 3：Closed Spa Centre! We booked this Hotel to stay for the New Year holidays because of the spa centre. Our relatives were present over Christmas and especially enjoyed the spa centre so we followed their recommendation only to find that the spa centre was closed for all 3 days. Booking.com sent an email to inform us of this at 5pm on the day of our arrival but we had already arrived, well done Booking.com! Great work! How about supplying information 1 day before or even a call on telephone number provided with the booking information? In this case we would have cancelled! No real apologies from the hotel staff just an offer of transport to another spa in the town centre with entrance fee at our costs! No Hotel Manager available not even on call! Without spa centre bad value for money!

Review 5：Pool and spa didn't work because of some problem. The problem appeared 2 days before I did reservation and nobody told us about it. When we realized that spa do not work at all and that we paid 3 nights without spa and pool, they didn't want to refund single euro!!! It's not that bad hotel but we were very disjointed.

Review 6：Close to central square and rooms are clean and big enough. As well we are smokers and we got smoking room.

Review 7：Spa centre ceilings in need of a lick of paint in some places but otherwise fantastic spa facilities. Extra fee for parking and breakfast to high.

Review 9：I asked for taxi for next day 5 am early in the morning to go to the airport. Some "unofficial" taxi was order who was not able to issue invoices. I was looking by myself for official taxi on the street (so early!!) since hotel reception was absolutely not able to react on time. I was near to lose my flight!!

Review 11：In the evening I have asked the person from Reception to call me a taxi for early in the next morning. The taxi was there but it was a "Pirat" taxi. No meter used and overcharged.

Review 15：My room was full of stink bugs. Spent 1 hour catching them. When I told staff about the problem, they told me I opened the window and insect net. Window was left open when I entered the room. I guess net was not closed properly. I can't understand why management does not treat insects more properly (other than putting notices that net should be closed). I guess there must be quite a lot of bugs. Around 10 slid into the room through the not fully closes insect net

Review 16：Location. The hotel is clean and proper. However, my issue with stink bugs changed the experience.

Review 17：Didn't tried breakfast, price repulse me a bit, 10 eur. Found some bakery nearby, it was good. Don't take this as an disadvantage, next time will probably try that expensive meal, who knows, maybe worth every euro.

Review 19：The Internet connection was terrible especially after 8pm. I also called room service several times for 30minutes but no one picked up the call. I called reception and they said they would ask room service to get call me but they never called either. In the end I gave up.

Review 21：What we particularly appreciate in this hotel was the Spa and the outdoor swimming pool, included in the room rate. We traveled in July, by canicular time and it was great to have access to the Spa facilities. The staff was friendly and the rooms comfortable.

Review 22：I have stayed at the hotel 5 times and have always had a good visit / experience. The hotel is ideally situated for the city centre. The hotel has very good leisure facilities including in and outdoor pools and a very good gym. The staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. Their are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants around. Prices are very reasonable in comparison with UK prices.

Review 23：One waiter at the swimming pool bar was quite hostile and made us wait a long time for our evening meal. Witch did not resemble the picture on the menu when it finally arrived. We would have stayed an extra night but for this waiters bad attitude.

Review 29：- Outdoor pool is quite small and apparently chlorine or any other chemical is used in great quantities as two of us had issues with eye and skin irritation. - Found a cockroach in the bathroom, although the room was cleaned every day and looked to be very clean. - Music was very loud in the restaurant until very late, but only on the first day of visit.

Review 34：The facilities were excellent. Outdoor bar next to the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. We loved the salt bath, very relaxing. Also the downstairs strip club was an added bonus we did not expect, my wife even loved it. We spent a few weeks travelling around Europe on a road trip and this was undoubtedly the best hotel and great value for money.

Review 46：Excellent food in the hotel's restaurant for lunch and dinner: variety of choice, taste, readiness to "customize" everything, speed and friendliness (we ate 5-6 times there)! Much better than the restaurants around. Breakfast rather average. Room was comfortable although not very large, well designed, with enough storage space. No time to try the spa.

Review 48：I arrived at the hotel at 7am and was given my room straightaway even though check-in should have been later. Swimming-pool and spa were open until 11:30pm. Location of the hotel. View from the room which was located on 10th floor.

Review 49：In the lobby bar i was not serviced well. Lobbybar: Nobody was behind the bar; finally someone available but not to come to my seat to ask what to serve, so I went to bar toorder something. Waitress did also do her job with a smile..

Review 57：I booked a 'pay when you arrive' offer but the hotel preauthorized the money off my credit card right away and the money stayed blocked until I arrived. So I practically paid for the flexibility for nothing. Very frustrating. Also, they told me that under Booking.com rules they are allowed to do that; which is true and was confirmed by Booking. So they didn't break any rule, but no other hotel has done this since I have been using Booking.com; whenever other hotels wanted to see if the credit card works they usually blocked 1 euro or something. And I think that if you offer a 'pay when you arrive' option at a price, with the intention of blocking the money right away, it's not honest business.

Review 69：This is the 3rd or 4th occasion I have stayed at the Continental and I have always enjoyed the experience. The hotel is ideally situated within the city. A 10 minute walks will take you to the main city square with the cathedral and national theatre or to one of the many city parks. A 15 minute walk will take you to the main shopping mall in the city. The facilities within the hotel are very good with a great gym and indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool and leisure area is very pleasant. The food from the restaurant in the evening is very good and reasonably priced. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. I have always found the staff around the hotel to be very pleasant.

Review 71：The location is central and nearby the airport, which is less than 15 minutes drive away. The Hotel is within walking distance from many restaurants and pedestrian areas. Rooms are spacious, spotless clean and full of amenities (from shaving kits to slippers). Complimentary wi-fi si at super speed, so taht you can catch up with work (or FB friends). Breakfast is outstanding and improved since I last visited: dishes are varied and freshly prepared: impossible to be disappointed. There's also a spa/fitnees ceter for guest: great to unwind after a hard working day. Staff is very professional and helpful

Review 72：No wifi in room, no iron, expensive costs for room service and to hire extra facilities that one would expect to have included at the price of the hotel. Beds weren't very comfortable, a double bed was just two single mattresses next to each other.
