Review 1：The hotel is in a very good location, however, in booking, the hotel it is supposed to have parking, which is not true, that just meant they had a parking place "nearby" (5 blocks away or more). Then, the hotel wasnt in good conditions. When we got to the room, late after dinner, the AC wasnt working so we went to notify it at the front desk, and the guy told us to "open a window". Finally, a new room was given to us, at 1am. At 5am, the AC started leaking and all the floor got wet and, of course, the sound of the water drops were umbearable. We had to turn it off. Just in the morning, the new guy at the front desk, was able to help us, he was very very nice to us.

Review 3：Location, location, location. It's close to a lot of things. Also, relatively friendly staff and nice room, with one exception.

Review 8：Everything! After a disastrous stay at another hotel the night before this was heaven. The hotel is centrally located on via Chaia, which is near some of the nicest piazzas, restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean and the A/C was excellent as it was almost 100 degrees outside! The bathroom was also very modern and very clean. The staff members at reception were very helpful in calling us a taxi to the airport and just giving us great tips for the area. This hotel is such a great value for Naples as you'll be pleased with the location, the style, comfort and cleanliness!

Review 14：The only problem was the clogged shower drain and it took two reminders to get it fixed. I consider it a minor issue though.

Review 15：The location is perfect. Very close to many restaurants and major attractions. It's within a walking distance from a metro station and you can always catch a taxi at Piazza Trieste e Trento around the corner. Via Chiaia can be noisy at night but my room up on the 4th floor was quiet and clean. The split-system A/C kept the room comfortable during a heat wave in July. The staff were friendly and helpful, although I was traveling with an Italian colleague and didn't have to ask for directions. After the typical late night Neapolitan dinners, the breakfast bar was OK to me (a croissant, yogurt, juice and espresso), but if you need something more substantial, it's two steps away on the street....

Review 16：The showertub leaked water on to the bathroom floor. The door scraped the floortiles. Some of the designfeatures did not work that well.

Review 43：Jacuzzi bath was broken and flooded the bathroom. Staff were great though and quick to move us to another room. Whilst the furnishings and appliances looked good, lights & air conditioning were temperamental, the mattress just had a piece of regular foam on top (although I've got to say it was really comfortable!). Even the kettle didn't fit in the sink to be able to fill it properly. Perhaps a prime case of style over substance.

Review 44：Stylish, comfortable hotel in a very pleasant, safe area of the city. Great restaurants, shops and places of interest close by. Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but fresh and relaxed.

Review 51：we do not recommend this place. if you do not pick up A "suite", the confort and standard rooms are all with no direct light. it is like being in A box : very very unpleasant. the equipement looks design but is not well kept ( 3 bulbs were out of order, but they have not replaced ...so deep darkness for us). Location is too far from center and nightmare if you have a car.

Review 52：Our bathroom needed a bit of attention, could have been better. Jacuzzi bath in one of the rooms didn't work. Rooms needed soundproofing as very noisy in the mornings. Coffee making facilities but no coffee or milk. Not enough coat hangers. Rooms only window looked into the room next door, so had to have curtain drawn all the time. Hotel didn't really meet our expectations.

Walking distance from the city port with direct boats to the islands: Capri, Ischia, etc. Pompeii is 30 min away by train. This is a fantastic destination for a long weekend break.

Review 61：Firstly, it is quite inconvenient that there are two buildings:the 1st is where there are some rooms, the reception desk, and where breakfast is served and the 2nd one - only rooms (so, to have breakfast, you need to go out, walk down the street and enter the 1st building). Secondly, there was a terrible view in our room - a dirty, old courtyard (+ windows were exactly opposite the outer staircase where people walked). Thirdly, there was a disgusting odour in our room. Fourthly, the shower leaked. Everytime we had a shower, the floor was covered with water. Finally, the room was tiny; the internet connection was almost inexistent, and breakfast coincluded only pastries and juice from supermarket, some fruit and cereal. However, coffee was prepared by a waiter and it was good! All in all, very disappointing experience!

Review 62：The only advantage is location - the hotel is situated in the city center. Chiaia street is one of the most famous shopping streets. Major sights are almost round the corner.

Review 75：We were put in a room right next to the morning dining area, so from early hours of the morning was awoken by coffee machines, loud talking, and clanking of cups and glasses. The walls we realised were paper thin, so was woken up instantly by the noise. Very frustrating. The beds were also very hard, with not enough pillows or bedding, especially when you have to leave air conditioning on as the noise from the windows led out to were all the air vents were. Finally it seemed the shower and water pressure didn't work properly, spurting out vicious jabs of water sporadically, so rather than relaxing you almost hurt you. Overall not the most pleasant experience, and would not have been happy paying nearly £100 for that room, if we had paid the full price it normally goes for.

Review 84：I was expecting a boutique hotel as its described as 'Naples only designhotel.' This is certainly not the case. Rooms are small and smelly. Mostrooms have no external view. No sound proofing between rooms. The hotelis on a pedestrian area, so you have to carry your luggage some distancefrom your car or taxi. The local parking is about 15 minutes walk. Thefree breakfast is disgusting. Showers don't work. Very bad, slowdrainage. Water cloudy.
