Review 1：very unexperienced staff, 1) at check in had to carry our luggage all the way from the parking to the hotel while the hotel person followed us asking "what is your room number". genius, we are her to check in! 2) wifi did not work for all the time of our stay, the only response we got was "yes other guests have complained as well" 3) no fridge in the room c'mon you just can't claim 5 stars if you don't have porters or a fridge in the room

Review 7：The hotel's website does not say breakfast is not included. A friendstayed nearby for much less money and had a full breakfast. The hotelrooms lack much natural light. It tries to be chic, but if chic meansbeing overcharged, staying in a dark room and hungry, it should considerthat "guests" prefer actual hospitality to pretend chic.

Review 8：Staff tried to be helpful, but seem trained just to find ways to chargemoney or deny services. For example, the staff offered a car to theairport for 700 pesos. It took many questions to find out about the vanfor only 200 pesos. Then the hotel charged a 50 percent commission.Really not right to rip off the guest.

Review 9：The lobby area was quite chilly as front door permanently open and this also affected certain areas of the restaurant.

Review 10：Very stylish ineriors, design-conscious and contemporary. Really helpful and friendly staff. Arrived quite late and tired, but lovely hot chocolate was given to me at check in and delicious plate of sweet treats waiting for me in my room.

Everything is perfect here, from the staff withpeople like Ruben whose smiling approach and availability represent agreat value, to the location, to all other details. We really enjoyedtheir deluxe hospitality and highly recommend Hotel Bo for a relaxing,surprising 5 stars holiday vacation!
