Review 1：My booking supposed dont have any deposit but they ask for deposit. And the staff who on shift that night was rude and not friendly. I was disappointed.

Review 3：The staff during check in (female) did not even smile. Even had a slight frown especially when she dealt with client before me, who was from travel agent. I thought she wasn't curteous enough and quite rude. And eventhough i smiled at her, it was not reciprocated by her. She should not be at the counter.

Review 5：1) Late & disturbing room service ie after we have came back to rest post lunch around 3-4pm. 2) Restaurant too small we had to wait to be seated for breakfast 3) No air conditioner in the gymnasium that it became steaming hot & humid

Review 7：There was no convenience stores nearby, so you had to get your necessary items on the way back to the hotel. Also, you need to drive/cab to the nearest shopping malls which are about 10mins away.

Review 8：I stayed in the family room and it was much bigger than I expected. This was good as I had two small children and a baby so there was plenty of room from everyone. Room came with two TVs so everyone was happy. I ended up extending my stay for one more night. There is also a nice restaurant outside the hotel serving good eastern and western fare.

Review 9：The b/fast is very simple. The visitor before me smoked in that room and the smell was very strong when I checked in. It took several hours to clear the smell.

Review 11：1. Bath towels are not clean. Have requested to change but still the same. Stained on towels and have bad smell. 2. Dust in the room need to be cleaned more throughly. 3. Wifi signal are unacceptable, need to use own 3G. Telco signal are not good too. 4. Water pressure for the toilet bowl are low, very little water come out when you flush. 5. No convenient store within walking distance unless you drive. 6. Breakfast taste is very average. But since the hotel rate is cheap, can't complain.

Review 14：The customer service was good. The location was easy access to town and Jonker Street. The room is spacious and the unit is very well maintained. The "security" Indian uncle was very friendly and helpful.

Review 15：The room key no function when we check in the room. It happen again in second day of stay. The breakfast served not in full package in early morning from 7am - 8.30am. Hotel staff said full breakfast package only served after 8.30pm, as early morning limited package are for tour package.

Review 37：We booked a deluxe room for 3 of us and it was a good and comfortable stay. The room has 1 king size and 1 single bed which could accomodate 3 people perfectly. It is clean and fully equipped like premier hotel room facilities as what stated on their website description. With the price of RM 200 for the room per night, it's really a value for money. The front desk staff is also very helpful and nice.As for the location, it is pretty near to drive to hotspots like Jonker street,etc.I would highly recommend this place for a stay!

Room's bathroom smell really awful when we first step in, smell like someone vomit inside and not clean properly. After complaint and after we back from lunch, it smells good (with the smell of fragrance). 3. The fridge was leaking water from ice melting inside. Floor wet. 4. Housekeeping needs improvement as a big area under the bed is extremely dirty with dirt and hairs. Bathroom wall has stain and used bath gel by previous guest.

Review 123：The distance of the hotel from the centre of Malaca is considerable. There is a free mini bus to take you into the centre of time at certain times in the day but it's too far to walk back so you need to get a taxi. It'll be at least 20 RM. This isn't a lot but we were led to believe the hotel was in walking distance of the city centre and were upset to find it wasn't. Also, there is a café which adjoins the hotel which serves the breakfast. Breakfast time is between 7 and 10am, but if you go before 8.30am the options are extremely limited. Only have breakfast after 8.30am if you want a good choice of food.

Review 132：As this was not a 4 or 5 star hotel (but this was not a budget hotel either), there was no good view from the rooms although this time around we had windows facing the front of the hotel so we could see our car from our rooms. The towels in the room should be replaced as some were torn and had rot.

Review 133：This is the 4th time that I stayed at this hotel. Everything was as per my expectation. The breakfast as usual was excellent especially the chicken curry. It went well with the "Roti Bom" and over-easy eggs.

Review 134：The water is yellowish in color. The bed is quite hard and not comfortable. The breakfast buffet is OK, but the egg station only starts at 9am, when the breakfast supposed to start at 7am to 10am. Parking is limited and we need to park behind the hotel. Balcony does not have any table or chairs.

Review 138：Parking can be limited since only outdoor lots are available. There was a wedding dinner at the restaurant on the opposite end of the street on 1 night and all parking lots were taken up. We had to detour and come back later. However on most days, it was quite quiet.
