Review 1：Staff is not excellent. For example when I checked out nobody helped us to take our luggage to taxi. And same situation was here also 3 yrs ago. Very strange for 5star hotel. Automatically switching of light in bath room. It is not convenient.

Review 30：You cant open the window proprely and the view is industrial. Very noisy too. We did not stay and went to Grand Hotel Vesuvio Instead which is â wonder. We had to pay 3 days even if we décided not to stay at Romeo aknowleging the noise and the Windows issue. They make us pay on top two transfers (port / hotel, 2 minuts and Romeo / Vesuvio) 300 Euro. I told them it was stealing. We Love Naples so deeply, this hotel is out of Naples Spirit. Sorry about that but I was surprised by their attitude.

Review 32：Too much technology that didn't work properly. The tv didn't work nor the wifi. Horribly loud motorised curtains. Not much privacy in the glass toilet door. No hooks for hand towels. Too much furniture for a small room. Overpriced.

Review 36：On entering the Foyer I was stunned at the WOW factor with the Japanese theme following into an amazing Sushi Bar. The rest of the hotel continued to be a real treat.

Review 37：whatever I asked from the reception i received nothing until i go down to get it myself. The room temperature control was not functional and at first we were told nothing they can do and asked to open a window instead while the sounds from outside and from the hotel bar itself is very loud. Review 38：Two weak points. First, the bottom sheet on the bed is a plastic and cloth mattress cover designed to protect the bed from ---??!!. It slides off the corners at night and doesn't breathe. I had to ask for a separate flat sheet as a bottom sheet, which solved the problem. Second, the bathroom light goes on automatically and shines into the room; so if you get up in the middle of the night the light goes on and stays on for a few minutes. A sleep mask can help your partner if he/she is disturbed by the light. Shampoo/conditioner labels are impossible to read: black on black.

Review 47：The staff at the Hotel is very friendly. The rooms are clean and nicelyfurnished. Allthought the Hotel is situated on a busy street you do nothear the car noise. (Well insulated). The heated rooftop pool was arelaxing and refreshing experience after a day in the City. Especiallyoff-season we could enjoy the pool by ourselves.

Review 66：The location is not really close to the metro and we have to walk for quite a far distance. The pool and poolside bar close after 7pm which is too early for tourists. The spa and massage are quite over-priced.

Review 67：Staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. They speak fluent English which get exactly what we mean. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, with cleaning lady coming at the evening to prepare the room for us before sleep. They also place a few chocolate which is super warm. Breakfast is nice and very fresh at top floor with nice view.

Review 70：The staff were not at all helpful. This can not be judged to be a 5 Star hotel. The poor was small and tacky, and the hotel did not have a dedicated concierge. As well as having problems with the room I had booked, I also requested the hotel to buy me tickets for my ferry to Capri, instead of obliging, then told me to go to the port and buy them myself. I will not stay at this hotel again, and it was a over priced hotel, which I certainly do not regard as 5 star.
