Review 1：two astro channels only, advertise as if there r many. staff gave wrong info saying sunday also need to pay parking fee. bathroom water flow too slow thereby flooding the whole bathroom floor.

Review 5：Very disappointed of the bathroom. Drainage was so bad. We could not shower properly as the water flow were running very slow. Worried that it might get flooded so we had to quickly shower and come out. There's 3 of us in the room. Airconditoner wasn't fixed at the right place. It was directly facing to the toilet door instead of facing at our bed. Please look into it. Morning breakfast worse than mamak shop. Really regret. The staff were lying down at the lobby sofa talking on the phone like nobody business. None of the staff bother to welcome the guest and say thank you when we leave the hotel. Hotel location is superb,just need some small renovation for the room and lastly friendliness of the staff.

Review 15：The fire alarm blared at 3 o'clock in he morning. The guy is monitering the level too much. Every time I came out, I saw he is there. There is no slippers. Not easy to find a place to eat. Need to take a stroll of 10 to 15 min.

Review 17：Book 2 family room, was given 1 family room n 1 triple room, price including tax was RM252 but hotel charged RM258. The check-in staff replied all questions in malay n refused to let me verify documents if room allocated was correct. Security guard scolded my guests staying together for shifting motorbike in malay. I asked him for permission to move in case the 7 seater car reverse into it while reversing. He was very rude n keep shouting at my guests in malay instead of helping. Very very disappointed
Review 18：They wrote have Wi-Fi but they fake I can't used Wi-Fi in my Room they said Wi-Fi in the Lobby only if I know before about that I will not reserve in this Hotel, Booking.com also responsible about this because they fake the people they must post right information in them website , my Bed not in the Lobby to I can used Internet ,also TV cable can't working they have just 11 Chanel's or 15 all of them without Signals , really it was Horrible hotel I felt I am separated about the world,

Review 20：The room was not clean at all. Very dusty and there was a bunch of hair on the toilet sink when I entered. I don't recommend.

All the glitz but we were given paper cups in the room. The bathroom water did not drain out properly, so always had a poolbof water on the floor.

Review 60：Represented as if it was a larger room in a relatively upscale place. Really is a very small and poorly built budget hotel with barely room for the bed. Only one electric plug in the whole room. Shower is poorly integrated into bathroom (wet toilet paper, slick tiled floor). Worth perhaps 1/2 of what they charge. The front desk didn't know anything about the city, only one could even speak English, internet only in lobby and even then was terribly slow. No city brochures or sensible maps. We got more information about where things were from people on the street then from the front desk.

Review 64：Although it was a fantastic location, the hotel had a pretty standard breakfast, noodles and toast and that's about it. There is no access to the beach and with few hotels nearby it was a little isolated. The room was MEH, peeling wallpaper, TV not working properly and the bathroom door didn't open properly. But that said - the less time you want to spend at the property, the better you'll get to see Melaka.
Review 65：It was in a really good location, just a short walk to all of the major attractions and also the major shopping centres. Really cheap for the room, and there is a laundry right accross the street :)
Review 66：The hotel looks new but was not in the room. The toilet had a foul smell, the toilet floor drainage is not good and there's no slipper given. There' wasn't much thing to eat for breakfast on the first day, We were early and all the coffee cups are not clean properly. I ask for a clean cup and one of a Indian guy told me that was coffee stained. On the second day we sat for more then 3 hours because of the rain, there' are more varieties, corn flack, cakes, nasi lemak, in addition to the earlier dish. Wifi cannot make it in the room.

So we payed 30rm to upgrade both room with windows. 2- only one pillow in the room and comfort of a bed its just so so 3- found a used tissues under the bed when we join both single bed together. 4- shower was ok but the shower water drain so slow u end up floding the bathroom. 5-breakfast was so so, might as well skip it. Melaka is my ussualy place for quick gateway and definitely i wont be staying here again.

Every wall was beyond stained, with dirt running of it, to the point there were flies on the dirt, the bed sheets were turning yellow with many stains, shower head and unit was black with ingrained dirt!! when I asked reception about this the receptionist said something to his colleague on the desk and they both laughed about it to me but didnt answer me at all. the guests are an inconvenience to the staff trying to work was another major issue

Styrofoam cup is not acceptable and inappropriate for making hot drinks. Hairdryer is not mobile, attached in the drawer. With no mirror, how to get a good hair blow? Review 137：The location of the hotel is a little bit far away from attractions if you are planning to walk to and fro always and is not the most scenic of locations in Malacca. The distance is not prohibitive though. You can still walk to the malls nearby or even all the way to Jonker Walk.
