Review 1：The hotel has 63 rooms but we were the only guests and we tried to book more rooms online but the message came that the hotel was fully booked. That was a missed business opportunity and inconvenient for us.

Review 2：Did not clean the room. I am not sure what the policy was. The hotel has five floors but no elevator. Old furniture and appliances.

Review 5：I came to hotel at 7.00 am. And I sad that I leave my everyting here and go breakfast outside. Girl on the desk let me put my bag in the room. It was good but after they ask me to pay half day becouse of this. The worker no speak English. I did not pay but I had to use too much google translate. When I come to karaganda I will not stay at that hotel.

Review 7：Bad service, let's be honest there was no service. Even the third day of staying no one had come to take garbage and put a new soap. Rooms with nasty smell and breakfast was insufficent.

Review 8：Smell in the room (it seems, guests are allowed to smoke in the room), problems with hot water in shower. Absence of air-conditioner and broken fridge is a problem in city with very hot summer. Room is cleaned not every day. Breakfast is very poor by variety and quality of food. And I had very strange situation with payment. My company has transferred payment for my entire staying 4 days before my arrival. But even at the day of departure (week after payment) the receptionist told me, that room still not paid. Only after our accounting department has contacted by phone with hotel's accounting department, payment was "found".
