Review 1：Room on ground floor, two large windows at street level meant could hear people walking past chatting all night long. Bedroom situated near front entrance and walls paper thin, woken whenever anyone came in and banged the front door shut. Could hear people on the floor above walking about in their room when trying to sleep. Lovely hotel if you don't require total peace and tranquillity. Breakfast was not included in price so at 60 Euros for a family of four, we chose to eat out.

Review 3：Breakfast is generally not included in the room rate and is quite expensive (15 euro). I would recommend having breakfast outside.

Review 4：Perfect location - just a few meters from the dunes. We had a family room (nr. 128) with two separate rooms - very comfortable and quiet, especially outside the weekend. Wifi strong and reliable. All in all, an excellent stay, we will surely come back again!
