Review 1：The room was quite small.

Review 2：I really liked the way the hotel looked from the outside and inside. The food was lovely. The surrounding of the hotel was nice as well with shops and some nice cafes on the doorstep. The trains to Amsterdam central were very frequent and the journey only took 10 min.

Review 3：The bed is not so comfortable. The spring is too soft somehow.

Review 4：This hotel is just located next to Zaandam station, 1 minute walking distance. Very convenient. And it took 2 train stations to Amsterdam Station. This hotel is very new and trendy. The price is much lower than the old and tear hotel in Amsterdam.

Review 11：The staff in the bar seems like they had not received adequate training to deal with customers most of them seemed somewhat unfriendly but we still spent a lot of time in the hotel bar. Overall the bar and restaurant had poor execution by staff despite having good food

Very easy to take the high-speed train into Centro. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night the food was very good

Review 14：The staff were fantastic and the hotel was exactly as described and looked as it did I'm the pictures. Ordered room service breakfast for girlfriends birthday and bought some candles which they put on a cake and wrote happy birthday on the plate in chocolate which was lovely of them. Would defintaly stay there again amd recommend!

Review 15：Water pressure at the12th floor is quite poor. There was noise coming from the roof caused by the wind from some disconnected panels on the roof. The sauna area there were a lot of piles towels lying around, which did not give a nice impression

Review 19：The hotel is ten minutes by train (they run every ten minutes)from Amsterdam centre,the train stops literally outside the hotel. Locating fab near to shops, coffee shops and 5-10min from bars. Staff very friendly and rooms well equipped and very clean. Hotel bar a bit expensive. We've stayed here twice and will be returning next year.

We had booked the hotel for three weeks prior and due to a family bereavement we couldn't travel on that date , we had paid in full and it was non refundable which I understand but when I contacted the hotel about a possible upgrade they were charging for this , I thought it was something they could have done as a gesture

Review 32：the room was not quite as we expected, it was nice but not very spacious or comfortable, there as not a double bed at the standard price range. if we wanted the double bed we had to pay 70eu extra for a more expensive class of rooms but the room looked almost exactly the same... also we had to pay for parking.

Review 34：The eclectic exterior was matched by the interiors, and the facilities in the hotel we re really good. Nice spacious rooms, and little gestures to make you happy and comfortable.

Review 35：They gave us our connecting rooms which were not ready yet and held our bags. When we returned we found that our rooms had been given to other guests and we were no longer in the type of rooms promised. No huge deal as we only stayed for one night, but poor decision on behalf of the staff in that instance.

Review 37：Staff not great. We made our reservations requesting connecting rooms because we have 3 small children. When we called to confirm, we were told we should have made a special request. When I said it was clear in our reservation that we had made that request, the manager was irate with us. In the end, we got two rooms side by side, not connecting. No apologies for not accommodating our need for connecting rooms. Then, the baby cot we requested for a 3 month old infant was more for a toddler. And the mattress was too small for the cot, which is dangerous. When requesting a proper infant cot, we were not helped, and ultimately treated with disdain.

Review 39：There is no place to "gather" in the hotel and just sit quietly. The entire facility should be non-smoking including the veranda. They need to do a better job of cleaning up the surrounding area. A bit more maintenance of the facility is in order as well.

Review 42：We had a founder suite which came with a jacuzzi bath and separate walk in shower sauna, and was excellent. The hotel was 20 mins from Schiphol by direct train and 12 mins away from.Central Amsterdam with a train every 10 mins. Zandaam is a nice town with plenty of shops and restaurants if you don't fancy Amsterdam.

Review 46：The bed was terrible - the double bed was made of 2 singles with mattresses that didn't quite fit on them and were moving, in addition there was a sharp edge just next to the bed that's potentially very dangerous, because falling out of the bed and hitting your head on it is a very real possibility. The wi-fi was bad.

Review 51：The Inntel Hotel at Zandam was darling! We absolutely loved our room which was a "chocolate" room. Our friends were in a "mustard" room. The breakfast buffet was great!! Being so close to the train station was awesome and shopping was right outside our door! We loved staying there! We accidentally left our car keys in the safe, and they were mailed to us in Florida!!! Thank you so much! We'll be back.

Review 52：Hotel bar closes at 12:00pm so we had to go out again, no big deal as bars are nearby.

What's great?? well everything staff, rooms, service, swimming pool, sauna gym everything is perfect. having the station right opposite the hotel is very convenient and huge shopping strip with a food street by the end of it is just amazing

Review 80：The outside of the hotel is so unique and memorable all by itself. Before arriving we had requested a crib online for out 3-month old and upon arrival were upgraded to a larger room to better accommodate us. The lovely man at reception told us the room we were originally given had been utomatically assigned and would have just been too uncomfortable and small with an additional child's bed in it. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming view of the shopping area below. The train station, is directly outside the back doors of the hotel and running every 10-15, takes you right into the city of Amsterdam. The pedestrian shopping street that stretches from the doors of the hotel is very quaint. There is a wonderful restaurant steps away from the hotel, where we enjoyed a delicious Dutch breakfast on our last morning.

Review 81：Room conditions, breakfast, location. Hotels in Amsterdam city center are old and expensive. Inntel Hotel is 12 min away from Amsterdam Central station by train. It is located in a very nice village with shopping and dining alternatives. Room is new and confartable. Staff is helpfull.

Having to wait 15 min to be let into the building at 12.30 am on a Friday night because the night porter was busy. Maybe a key for after hours to be issued when checking in.

Review 127：I chose that hotel because it was close to the harbour were I had to do several jobs for a couple of days. If you come by car, be aware that you might have to pay a lot of money (I paid one day more than EURO 35,- within 24 hours) if you drive in and out the car park more than ones. They only give you reasonable priced parking for 24 hours if leave the car in the car park. If you are driving in and out a couple of times you have to pay extra, although you’ve paid for the same day (24 hours) already Euro 15,-. Talking to the hotel reception about it, their reply was….. but it’s our money…..thank’s for that one, they were not prepared to help. Make sure you discuss that beforehand, or even better, leave the car at home! Otherwise the hotel is OK and one of these modern designer hotels, if one likes it…. One has to get use to it that some one is staring at you all the time from a large wallposter behind the bed. Room was clean and functional incl. flat screen TV and fridge which was, however, empty! Breakfast was basic. 2 types of rools, 1 loaf of bread and croissants. Fruit….sorry chef has just open the tin…. bacon was rubbery and had been, like the scrambled eggs in the bowls for a long time. You have to get everything yourself nothing is being served !! It seems a bit that they are working on a very tight budget!!
