Review 1：The receptionist spoke no english, seemed to be untrained at her job, could not enter the passports into the system, and could not get the heat turned on in the room. We had to switch rooms ... still the heat was an issue. Bed was uncomfortable. The bed pillows were huge with no other option available. Floor was freezing with no rugs. But the worst part was the complete inability to communicate. I would not recommend to an english speaker. The wifi was slow slow slow ... unless you were on the first floor and the password was impossible. Breakfast was a sampling of dessert items.
