Review 2：Terrific staff, very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful room; spacious, clean and comfy bed. Easy walking to all downtown & restaurants. Excellent spa. Great value and well worth spending a few $ more.

Review 4：Location of this hotel is perfect, quit street but not far away from the center in the same time. Nice personnel, good services, interesting interior architecture.

Review 7：Heating didn't work in our room (they provided a heater). Trying to be a high star hotel but misses a little. Staff try very hard which is commendable. Sometimes language barriers are tricky. They mean well and try hard! Laundry absolutely expensive.

Review 14：I think its doesn't worth the price, for that price they should include breakfast, also they charge 500 pesos for entering the spa, which is also ridiculous considering the price, compare to other hotels in the area, the restaurant was totally empty the whole week, and they dont understand that its because of the expensive prices. 130 pesos a cereal bowl, where you just go outside and eat excellent full breakfasts for 70-90 pesos.

Review 16：We wanted to book this hotel because of the sauna and the steam bath. We were just allowed to use the sauna for 10 min, they make sure that you don't stay longer. The steam bath was not working, I am not sure if there was one at all. Unfortunately this hotel was not worth the money.
