Reviews for Le Tre Querce

Review 1:Staff didn't speak English at all. Question on the 2nd day if we could get some toilet paper (which wasn't in the room) was 'answered' by presenting us the bill to pay for our stay. Matrasses to sleep on were too old.

Review 2:Nice swimming pool

Review 3:Appartments interior, but when you know price of it, it's fair deal.

Review 4:Not expensive. Large clean pool. Greenery. Patio in appartments. Helpful staff.

Review 5:Staff is not friendly and don't speak English. You have to pay for the towels and linen. The apartment was not well clean. The pool has some green stuffs, I mean, it was not well clean. The complex as condition to be much better then it is!!!

Review 6:Free wifi Cosy apartment

Review 7:The bed wasn't very confortable Ohea ez zen komodoa La cama no era confortable Le lit n'est pas dutout confortable

Review 8:The place was OK Ongi dago baina besterik gabe El sitio estaba bien Le lieu est convenable

Review 9:Upon arrival we waited at the reception desk for 40 mins as nobody was there. It turned out the receptionist was sitting around the corner had seen us but just didn't bother to come and serve us. The room was very hot and the facilities were below average for self catering

Review 10:The pool is great and as a whole the hotel is good value for money.

Review 11:Their website said they were very close to the beach and the centre of town. This is not the case you are about 30-40minutes from any beach and town is a good 20 minute walk. In addition, paying extra for bed sheets, towels and air conditioning is very cheeky. These should be included and is a basic requirement in my opinion. Also the staff spoke very poor / no English which made communicating very difficult. This place has so much potential but still needs quite considerable improvement before I would recommend it.

Review 12:The pool was a beautiful feature of the apartment. The apartments although basic were nicely decorated

Review 13:there were plates, cups, etc but no cleaning products or dish towels, or rubbish bags.so we had to buy all our own things you'd expect to have in a self catered apartment. No toilet paper either. We left everything behind so hopefully the next person could use them.

Review 14:Location was great, pool was beautiful and staff were friendly and left you to do your own thing. Apartment was small but clean. Excellent outdoor spaces and pizzeria on sight that was quiet but tasty.

Review 15:- WIFI was very slow and not working from time to time - rubbish bin was not collected within 6 days - only Italian TV - kitchenette was very small and old and the hinge of the cabinet door was rusty

Review 16:- beautiful premises with swimming pool and mediterranean plants - nice view towards the mountains

Review 17:Apartment was nice and has all the bits you would expect from a European self catering appartment. Complex great, pool lovely and really clean. Restaurant fab really yummy food and great value for money.

Review 18:Me and my partner have just stayed at this place for a week, we really enjoyed ourselves. The location was good, you will need a car to get around. Local town is lovely. Pool is very clean. Quiet location. Have to pay for bed linen and have to clean apartment yourself which was a bit of a pain but other than that we loved it and plan to go back again next year. Thank you!

Review 19:The kitchen area was rather cramped and it would have been helpful to have a kettle. Shady parking would also be a good idea.

Review 20:The location & layout of the complex with plenty of greenery. The swimming pool was always clean and a pleasure to use. It was very good value for money.

Review 21:You have to pay for bed linnen but it is OK. For sure, you can bring your own with you and save 30 EUR.

Review 22:Really great apartments! One of the best places for a stay in Sardinia and San Teodoro. Comfortable, simple but very charming place. We had apartment with 2 rooms and large patio. Patio was our most preferred place in warm evenings and sunny mornings. Large, clean pool. Good on site restaurant that offers house wines at affordable pricing and delicious pica as well as special dinner menus at EUR 20. Well equipped kitchen for those who like cooking by themselves. All the necessary utensils, except toaster and tea kettle. Food can be purchased at the nearest supermarket (EuroSPin)- 6 minutes walk. Good Wi-Fi. Great value for money.

Review 23:Wi-Fi signal is very poor if you need to be connected to the internet whilst on holidays. The bed mattress is very hard and could be changed to soft ones.

Review 24:Apartments are in a good size and very clean. Swimming pool area is well sought after as all the areas around the complex. Overall, is an excellent place to relaz.

Review 25:We didn't realise that it was totally self-catering like most other places are in San Teodoro, i.e. no dishwashing liquid, cloths or tea towels in the kitchen. Note that bed linen and towels are not provided and need to be rented for extra. The fridge was very noisy so we switched it off at night so we could sleep. Note that the staff don't speak any english.

Review 26:It's a beautiful, peaceful place. We liked the pool and were happy that we stayed here. It was good value for money. It would be best to have a car or a bicycle if you stay here. It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Review 27:Staff do not speak much if any english - It was often hard to get across our requirements or queries. Air conditioning was €40 extra, I would have expected this to be included in the price of the room as the country gets rather hot during the summer! There were many nights where Pizza was unavailable in the restaurant and for the last 4 days of our stay (September) the restaurant closed down completely. Maybe the end of the season?

Review 28:The pool is large and clean with lots of sun loungers around it. It was close enough (walking distance) to a few shops and restaurants, and there were also bikes to hire for €5 a day. Nice and peaceful, would be good for a family holiday, we were in a group of friends however and we were possibly too loud on an evening compared to what they're used to. The food in the restaurant was very good and inexpensive. The staff are helpful. Large and powerful showers and a very big double bed.

Review 29:Some written information about FAQs like Wifi, directions and so on would have been helpful as our Italian isn't very good and it was difficult to communicate with reception staff.

Review 30:Pool and grounds, lovely studio, free parking and WIFI, easy (and early) check in and check out.

Review 31:Too far from the beach, no snack bar or bar, no one speaks English, hard to find a car hire place

Review 32:The pool, the gardens. San teodoro is a lovely buzzing town with bars restaurants and a market on a night

Review 33:No air conditioning in the property but that was my fault for not checking this when booking.

Review 34:The pool was great.

Review 35:Nice pool, big apartment, locatieontwikkelaar and perfect view!!

Review 36:The walls of pool were little dirty.

Review 37:Everything

Review 38:Swimming Pool, Friendly staff, Good dinner

Review 39:Poor wi-fi.

Review 40:Awesome pool, nice surroundings!

Review 41:Restaurant with really good food, peaceful, clean and nice pool.

Review 42:Beds were a little old, and uneven.

Review 43:Beautiful Pool, Well stocked Kitchen.

Review 44:I love San Teodoro, have been there for a second time, again in Le Tre Querce. Satisfied again. Lovely swimming pool.

Review 45:You need to buy towels and linen 15€ each. However bc on booking.com reservation print was not specified, the owner gave them for free. Big plus for that. No one picks up the trash or making cleanup/beds if u stay multiple days No dish spounge nor cleaning solution to properly do dishes. Had to ask for them.

Review 46:Great view Excellent pools Citchinette rocked Lawn and yard amazing Beach excellent, not that far with car 4 min Although linen and towels costs 15€ each bc that piece of info was not written on booking.com vaucher the owner gave them for free. +1 for being nice

Review 47:- a bit confusing that bed linen and towels are not included in the price.

Review 48:- really nice hotel manager and staff! - gorgeous resort - more of a holiday home than a conventional hotel

Review 49:Nobody speaks English here :) And the reception is usually closed. We were there in May, out of season, but it was a huge problem anyway.

Review 50:Beautiful views, nice and spacious rooms with Italian style, just a few minutes walk to the beach and the center. Very cosy place! San Teodoro is a great starting point to visit Posada and Cala Gonone to the south and Palau and La Maddalena to the north.

Review 51:Could be some garden swing :) There was a hole for air conditioner between rooms, so we had to be quite not to awaken the baby.

Review 52:Very peaceful, well-groomed and relaxing atmosphere. Really big pool.

Review 53:Be aware that you need to have our own bed sheets. We did not know it and we had to pay extra 30eur for it!( price of one night in the room) we did not have cold water under shower. Bad was extremly uncomfortable.

Review 54:Big swimingpool

Review 55:It advertised itself as a hotel, it was more like a hostel - we were notprovided toilet paper, a hairdryer or a kettle. Our room had no viewdespite being in a Mediterranean resort. The staff spoke little englishwhich was difficult. I paid in full before arriving, then was chargedagain upon check out.

Review 56:The pool was beautiful and, the food was amazing. It was privateand peaceful.

Review 57:My only bad comment is that it is a 20 minute walk to town and about a half hour walk to the beach. If you don't have a car I would recommend hiring bikes

Review 58:The pool was fantastic and out little villa was clean and great value for money. Very relaxing place indeed. We were there mid september so it was really quiet. I would recommend hiring bikes to get around town it saved us a lot of time and was good fun, it was only 4Euros a day to rent them from the sunteodoro shop next to the resort.

Review 59:The rooms had a few things that needed fixing (backdoor, fridge and some of the cutlery was missing)

Review 60:Swimming pool Very friendly staff (especially Martha) Location Price Price of food and drinks

Review 61:The food, although plentiful, sometimes lacked flavour and sauces etc. The sun loungers could do with replacing. Bed linen and towels are an extra 30 euros.

Review 62:This lovely place to relax on the outskirts to San Teodoro with plenty of beaches within walking distance. Beautiful swimming pool. It was excellent value, a 4 course meal, water, wine and aperitifs included. Free bike rental which was very handy. We were able to get to the hotel easily by bus from the airport. instead of very expensive 50 euro taxi each way.

Review 63:The only thing I didn't like was that I had to search on the website if there are any other fees, I found that you have to pay 15Euro per person for bed linens.

Review 64:I loved pools, there were two of them and an additional jacquzzi. I liked the aura of the place.

Review 65:Quite often we would awake with no hot water. The pool, albeit lovely, really should be heated a little.

Review 66:Staff were excellent. Room was very clean and our bathroom looked brand new. Our room had a balcony and a sun terace, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. A stunning location!

Review 67:Not so much dislike as advice for other travellers - a car is necessaryespecially in mid summer as it is a fair walk to get to a supermarket orinto the local town. Excellent restaurant with lovely food but it isonly open in the evenings.

Review 68:Very relaxed laid back place with a fabulous pool and goodapartments and equipment. Staff friendly and helpful althoughEnglish is not spoken.

Review 69:It is a 20 minute walk out of town, and about 30 minute walk from the beach, so it is best to get a hire car to use.

Review 70:The pool area was by far the best thing about this complex.

Review 71:The shower area was small. A bit difficult to wash your feet. Remember that it is a 3 star and that you do spend most of your time outside.

Review 72:The huge swimming pool and surrounding area. When we were there 9-16 June the pool area was very quiet and quite often we had it to ourselves. First time I've ever had a wee terraced house with a front and back garden when staying abroad. The bed was very comfortable. All necessary cooking pots etc were available. The staff although they don't speak much english at all are always very willing to help. Might be a good idea to google a few phrases that you think you may need before you go. The distance to the town centre and beach was ok for us as we don't mind walking a bit. It was about a 15 min stroll into town and about 30 mins to La Cinta beach, well worth the walk. Soft white sand and warm turquoise water ahhh, lovely. Supermarkets in town or one up Via Li Furreddi, go left from front of Le Tre Querce to bins and follow that road in front of bins up to SS125 cross road supermarket 50yds. Makes a change from walking into town. Thats the way we also went to La Cinta beach. Keep walking passed supermarket. You'll see the signs. We had a later flight and got to keep our accomodation until 6pm at no extra charge. Overall good value for money.

Review 73:could not find the three oak trees.( just joking )

Review 74:hotel setup good for self catering, grounds and pool top class. We went half board food was superb, chef is great and all staff very friendly and help full. Great value for the money

Review 75:The accomodation was comfortable, with each room containing all the basic requirements. My wfe was even provided with a hairdryer when requested. The pool and its surrounds are beatiful and each room has its own patio. Our party stayed half board which was great value as the food was first class. The staff were so friendly and added greatly to our holiday enjoyment.

Review 76:There was absolutly nothing (swear to God), we couldnt like :)

Review 77:We had extremly good time over there. People who work there are veryfriendly, very helpfull, very nice. Food in the restaurant tasty, traditional sardinian cuisine. Chef came to our table to ask, how wasfood, waiter prepared fish to eat in front to us, all that carry on,which makes you happy camper. Prices very reasonable. Apartment aremailnly situated around swimming pool, what makes that placespectacular. If we ever come back to Sardegna, defo we stay in Le TreQuerce. Lots of reasons for that.

Review 78:Having to pay for towels and bed clothes.

Review 79:Quite, beautiful pool and grounds, very clean, lovely staff. Very close to gourgeous beachs. Good food.

Review 80:Friendly staff, beautiful swiming pool, surrounding, nice town with good beach. we were treated with home made wine and tradinional coockies

Review 81:we were here in the off-season. I didn't dare to swim in the pool, the water seemed dirty.

Review 82:realy good price

Review 83:the mosquitos! (not really their fault I know and I believe not an issue the year before)

Review 84:friendly staff, location, views over the mountains, the pool

Review 85:Perfect pool, staff is very kind and helpful, half board food was superb. For the first time reality was same or better as photos of the place.

The Fine Print

The restaurant is open from May until September. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Change of bed linen and towels is on request and at extra cost.
