Review 1：Easy to find good location a very friendly and attractive little hotel. Stylish, original and relaxing with warm and friendly staff and especially helpful and caring owners. Puppies were an extra bonus!
Review 2：Regarding the hotel, there's nothing that I didn't like. Then, it's not that I didn't like it, but I thought that the prices at the end of September would be a bit lower.
Review 3：The location is perfect, a couple of minutes from the beach (walking distance), there's a big free parking lot nearby, the single room, although small, was cozy and clean. Wifi was available everywhere, with no additional costs. Breakfast included. The people at the reception were really nice.

Review 7：The friendly staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and the food and accommodation were so first class is that I'm surprised the Spot Hotel doesn't have a higher rating of stars. My personal thanks to the gentleman receptionist who accommodated my family's request for the kettle, who came through with not just the kettle but china cups to boot, oh if only all hotels were equal.

Review 12：The staff was very kind. The place is great, in the centre of Varazze, with free parking around (easy to find a place during the winter). The breakfast was good. Free wifi works well in the hall, less in the rooms.
Review 13：the staff hardly spoke English and they didn't make an effort to do so. We had a triple room, but at first we got a room with a decent double with some sort of sofa bed as the third bed. We complained about this and we could change into another room with all decent beds. Breakfast is very poor: only sweet things and no cheese, no fruit, no eggs.

Review 46：The Hotel is under new management, and the new manager Federica, is a very nice lady, she speaks fluent English as well as French and Italian. She is a very professional figure and will do anything in order to suit customer needs. The hotel is very well situated close to the seaside. The structure is quiet pleasant and our room was freshly renovated, and had amenities such as a/c and free wi-fi. I do recommend Spot hotel for a pleasant stay in Varazze
