Review 1：I struggled with e-mail usage on a key board with many differences from the English language keyboard I am used to, and the hotel stafff were patient and helpful with this and other issues. They were warm, friendly, and very helpful.

Review 2：Crazy traffic with one-way streets makes really difficult to drive to the hotel. Beds are rock-hard and horriby squeeky.

Review 3：Beautiful, it's like a museum. Reception staff is helpful and nice; free secure car parking. very close to city center *5 min away from San Cristobal Cathedral.

Review 4：The food a simply awful. I travel a great deal and I haven't hadanything this bad for years. 2/3 of meal simply inedible. Cleaninessof rooms lacking..my wife found a mess of long black hair on her pillow.The bed clearly not changes.

Review 15：Despite a pleasant appearance the restaurant was very dead suggesting that it may be too expensive or not good enough food. Staff had very limited English for a strong tourist town. I know that's our problem too but it does make it difficult for non Spanish speakers.

Review 18：Very nice hotel, the staff is amazing, very helpful. The place is beautiful. The location perfect. Lots of nice restaurants. We went easily thanks to the hotel to Canon of Sumidero.

Review 19：As a retro-fitted building, the room was not well-designed (shower aimed right into the bathroom area). The bed was a bit hard, but manageable. There was no heater, but it wasn't needed, as the temperature stayed very comfortable throughout the day and night.

Review 23：We didn't have running water two days in a row. The first time that happens we gave them the benefit of the doubt. But twice?? This was unnaceptable given the class of hotel this is. And of course there was no compensation. It would have been nice if they have offered at least a free breakfast. The staff would benefit with some customer service training.

Review 24：The location was superb, just one block away from the main plaza. Beautiful hotel and we got our room as requested, quiet with a view to the interior courtyard.

Review 25：No heating available, and S. Cristobal can get very cold at night. I checked out after freezing one night and went to a nicer hotel for the same price that had good DeLonghi space heaters. Rooms are unexceptional. I expected nicer as this is part of the Tesoros chain of boutique hotels, but unlike the fabulous one in Cuernavaca I stayed at this one only paid lip service to the local crafts theme. There are much better deals in town, just make sure they have heaters. At this price point you shouldn't have to freeze.

The terribly poor service level of the unfriendly staff that didn't care about the issue with our room and didn't help us with our requests. Look for other places at San Cristobal, try to stay away from this one at all costs...

Review 35：The hotel was charmingly decorated and comfortable. Centrally located for exploring the city. We had a junior suite with two beds, and the room was large with a nice privacy wall between the beds. Beds were comfortable.

Review 36：hotel is catagorizes as 5 stars hotel but it mislead because it better describe it as 3 stars hotel, or maybe a guesthouse. the power of the shower was very weak, had to wait at least 10 minutes for a hot shower ! the price is too high, no value for money. staff enterd the room without knocking, while we were at the room
