Review 1：You need to make it clear to people booking this hotel that you cannot use sat nav to the location it is very difficult to find took us an hour- there is one small sign only if you are coming the way the signs facing the staff know this but really feel you should warn people as we drove to roccarasso and can't find it

Review 5：the COST of using the spa area was too high (25 euros per person). The walls in the guest rooms are paper thin, we could hear other guests using their phones, talking, coughing, using their bathrooms. Not very restful. No food available other than breakfast, wifi didn't work in the rooms.

Review 7：Could not find hotel lugging luggage through The snow.No transfers/shuttles from bus to hotel or to ski places so a local guy charges a fortune to take you there. Other hotels offer free transfers. Have to walk across the highway to Go into The Town centre to get anything. Lovely hotel if you Have your Own car.

Review 17：you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on on the other rooms, even the conversations. There is always a little bit of noise in the hotel but this was really... too much.
Review 18：I loved the decoration, the rooms were clean and new. The staff was really hepfull with everything we asked them. The spa was really nice but I would have liked to have some music there and also it was a bit cold taking into account that you are in swiming bath.
