Review 1：Amazing place to stay. Friendly and outstanding supportive stuff. We were truly touched by the gifts, the museum visit. We highly recommend this hotel.

Review 2：The only point that they should improve was the sound-proofing of the massage room. It's not very pleasant to hear the sounds of the street.

Review 3：It was all spectacular. The staff (thanks Lucia and Marcio for fantastic dinner), the food, the massages, the space ... All the information and advice they gave us were what really wanted to know, without pressing to buy whatever.

Review 4：It was quite difficult to get to the hotel by car without a GPS. A bit noisy from the street outside. We could see into the room underneath ours from our terrace; I don't think they were pleased to see us...

Review 5：We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was lovely and the smell of chocolate everywhere made it very special. We also had a chocolate massage which we loved. Breakfast was delicious and the chocolate fondue is a must! We enjoyed our dinner there but it was nothing remarkable. Rita at the reception desk recommended us a restaurant in the centre which we enjoyed a lot more. Staff were all very charming and helpful. The museum was quite fun too. Walking distance to the old town centre. Car park was just 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Review 18：We really enjoyed our six nights stay. The staff is extremely kind, attentive and helpful. Our room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. There is an excellent buffet daily. The hotel is located on a quiet street and close to all the interesting sites. The chocolate theme made our stay even more enjoyable, each room has a different decor and a different name on the door. The Chocolate museum next to the hotel is educational and the shop has a nice variety of chocolates to buy. Thanks to the staff for their thoughtful gift during our stay and on our departure day. Review 23：The hotel had recently opened but all staff were well trained and very helpful. The decor was so creative it was hard not to gawk because each day you realized that you had missed a whole element the day before. We had a life size half cow in our room and the lighting chandelier was made up of inverted milk bottles. The breakfast was extremely special with THICK hot chocolate, a chocolate fountain-complete with strawberries and other dipping choices. The guests are allowed and encouraged to go to the chocolate museum that is contiguous with the hotel. The high tech displays were fun as well as full of information--it was really an outstanding and comprehensive museum not a little boutique museum we expected. I can't say enough good about the hotel--we all hope it does well and will plan another visit just to see what we missed first time around.
