Review 1：the lack of AC, because a fan is not sufficient, an unpleasant heavy smell of dampness in one of the rooms!, a poorly plastic breakfast, we would have expected something fresh in the countryside...

Review 5：The owner is polite and forthcoming about events around Terni and the villages nearby. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast was abundant and diverse, although a little too much slanted on the sweet side, in the typical Italian style that is not very appreciative of eggs, bacon, tomatoes and baked beans in the early morning hours. A clear plus, on the other hand, is the availability of complimentary tea, coffee, juices and freshly made cakes in the common dining room all day long. Add to that a glorious view to accompany your breakfast or your sundowner and you can figure out the beauty and value of the place for yourself.
