Review 1：Long hike from our room to reception. The hotel was far from full so I can't understand why we couldn't get a room closer to the action. The room was noisy from the traffic.

Review 2：Close to the Zocalo for a good price. Free, adequate wifi. Beautiful facility. Helpful staff but little English. Room was clean and comfortable.

Review 3：The WIFI in the room was good the first day, but our second 2 days they could not get internet to the routers serving the rooms. There were still options in the area by the front desk, but we wanted in in the room. This was the only "fly in the soup" for this hotel.

Review 4：Liked almost everything. The breakfast was excellent with coffee, juice, toast, fruit, and a choice eggs and meat. Hot showers with good pressure. Only 3 blocks from the central square, so just outside the area of high prices, but in an area with several museums. Very quiet.

Review 7：Electricity went out for several hours in our part of the hotel and there were no provision for such an occurance. Like oil lamps or flashlights? We had some candles with us but not one staff could provide us with a match to light them . We were offered the use of a room with electricity, but didn't use it because of the inconvenience.

Review 43：The noise is the biggest problem. First, you hear the people in the inner area of the hotel and second, you hear the noise from the street. The bathroom is extremely small and you do not feel totally at ease as its window is in the inner part of the building, so anybody passing on the terrace to reach his or her room can hear you. The rooms are simple and not too cosy but fine. It is just that we stayed at many other hotels for less money and were more pleasant. So not a bad hotel but if you stay here, bring ear plugs.

Review 44：The interior of the hotel is pleasant. The hotel is in the center. There is a parking. The beds are hard but bearable. The size of the deluxe rooms is good. Internet works well.

Review 45：We asked for a wake up call but didn't get it. Also asked for change so we could tip the waiter that served our included breakfast and neither the restaurant or the reception desk could break a 100 peso bill. We were in room 120 and could hear the people next door in the bathroom.

Restaurant was nice as well. The hotel is located on one of the main streets, 10min walking distance from the cathedral and market places. It is also next door and across from two museums and a church. Staff was friendly and service quick. My family loved it here.

Review 58：Great location, a few minutes down the road from the town centre. Thehotel gave us everything we wanted. Which was nice comfortable room andpleasant surroundings. This a what we found is a typical mexican hotelwith rooms round courtyards. Staff very helpful. We arrived early in themorning after an overnight bus. And the reception checked us in straightaway - fortunately rooms were free. And because we had to get up veryearly one day later and miss breakfast they let us have that"entitlement" for our day of arrival. Not a big thing, butsmoothed our day
