Review 1：It was loud with families and kids screaming in the hallways. The staff had minimal English ability and told us they could not give us any extra sheets or a blanket for our 2 year old until the maids arrived in the morning. The hotel is down a winding, surprisingly busy street that made it inadvisable to try to walk to downtown, even though it wasn't that far. Internet never really worked and the beds are rock hard.
Review 2：For all of the overpriced places in Cameron Highlands, this was on the less expensive side.
Review 3：Everything was good but the TV got problem with the volume. Not just TV in our room, i heard it from other room also.
Review 4：Very near to Brinchang, very calm place. Easy to park vehichle and their staff very friendly.
Review 5：1. Location is difficult to find 2. No partition between shower and toilet. Wet bathroom makes it so cold. 3. Tap did not have a hot & cold 4. Inconsiderate neighbours who did not restrain their kids, playing, talking and laughing loud from early morning till midnight.

Review 9：There were not enough parking spots that many had to park at a construction area or at a slope nearby. The stairs would be very hard to climb for elderly people unless you request to stay at the ground floor or 1st floor.

Review 11：It is hard to find a space to park your car. It would be nice if there is an elevator, but our room is only on the 2nd floor, so not a problem, Might not be convenient for older people or those with young kids. Limited TV channels.
Review 12：The room and bathroom are very clean. The pillows and mattress are so comfortable. Really worth the money we paid. The owner is so friendly and helpful. There is a water dispenser and ironing facility on every level. Strong Wi-Fi signal.

Review 15：For the same reason that it is very clean (floors in stairs, corridors and rooms covered with tiles), every little sound is echoed and amplified. Thus, as patrons walk around the hotel it gets very noisy. In addition, although internet is available and easy to connect to, it is rather slow.
Review 16：The hotel is sufficiently distant from the busiest area, but still within walking distance. The whole flooring of the hotel is covered by tiles, and so it is easy to see that everything is very clean.
Review 17：Car park is a little limited. The floor was cold, it would be good if slippers are provided. Location was a little difficult to find, waze brought us to a wrong place in Brinchang town initially, actually found it by locating the temple (Saw it in other's review regarding temple nearby)

Review 19：The Guesthouse is a little to the outskirts of the village, which made it really hard to find. We could only find it because we had a car with GPS and even so we had to ask a lot of people where it was. Also, the reception only works some hours a day, so we had to wait a lot of time until someone came to open the door for us.

Review 29：i like the balcony at the second floor and the fresh air .the air in the town was terribly polluted by the gas exhaled by the car due to burning of diesel. but surprisingly, the air quality mark a different between town and the hotel although it is just walking distant. the fresh air that enter the room through the window is the most appreciated.

If you don't have transport it is a slightly remote. There is a shortcut up lots of steps to get into town. Hot showers, comfortable bed, TV it had everything you needed. There is hot and cold water available on every floor and the staff are very helpful.

Review 50：Well, this is actually a common practice in Malaysian hotels; they do require a cash deposit. Make sure to bring lots of Ringgit here since it is hard to find money changers in Brinchang. As of the moment, the hostel does not yet have a credit card terminal, so do prepare to pay the hotel booking plus the deposit in cash. No safe in the room. We didn't lose anything (we left our laptops on our beds), but hopefully the desk offers lockers or en suite safe in the future. Also the floor gets very cold in this weather, slippers would be nice to have.
Review 51：New hotel. Very hospitable and helpful manager with lots of great tourist advice offered in great english. Good location that is a bit detached from the busy town, which gives a serene quality to the property. The town is only 15 mins away using the shortcut (stairs along a covered walkway, a bit of a cardio exercise :D ) Our room even has a view of the Chinese temple nearby :) The town has lots of restaurants (steamboats and other chinese food), a coin laundry service, and a grocery. Great tour packages - great value as this includes transpo via Land Rover and all entrance fees to museums and farms. We really enjoyed the all-day tour with lots of locations, trekking, and new acquaintances. Highly recommended for backpackers.

Review 67：Owner fail to give a good solution and bad reply on the noise made by other customers outside the room corridors that wake up the tenant in the morning. Forget to provide tower and floor mat. 15 minutes walking distance seem far and the path was dark after 8pm with insufficient road light. water pressure is high but causing the water cannot heat up hot enough and hair dryer provided only upon request or else turn out to be ice cold hair on your head.

It is a good place to stay for a short trip. The location is near to the city centre. Its just a few kilometres away from pasar malam brinchang and the place is not noisy at night. But the walls is thin, so you can hear what the people beside your room are doing.

There should be meal option on this hotel since their price is affordable and people would not mind to including meal on their trip. However when we want to come to Cameron, we will make this hotel on top of our list.
Review 105：Location of the hotel is good since it is in Brinchang where there are complete facilities and easy access to the night market and attraction place, this hotel looked new to me so everthing is fine and working well, not to be compares with others old hotel. Water pressure in third floor is very bad(no idea about others), that it changes during your shower and causing the water temperature to change, it's hot for a moment, then got cold, then super hot! :/ Very soft and uncomfortable beds, I couldn't sleep anything more than 5 hours.

The unit I stayed i.e. no. 308 has a tiny balcony which connects to an open space next to the room (I was told it is going to be a sky garden in the near future). Whoever has access to the open space can just either climb through the window or put his hand through the window to open the door that open out to the balcony. Easy access to the room even though the bedroom door is securely locked. To prevent intruders, we had to lock both the window and the door to the balcony and the result was a stuffy night for us.
