Review 1：WiFi didn't worked that well inside the room Noisy the fiirst night.

Review 2：The hotel looks nice, our room was clean and good sized. The bed leans and towels were very clean and bed was comfortable. The service was great, people very friendly and quick service. The first night was very noisy, kids playing around and people screaming next to the reception. Second night was free of noise.

Review 8：The service is second to none, extremely attentive, caring and pro active. The food is culinary top notch level, with chef Martha Zapeta giving the Chiapas kitchen another dimension. The hotel is just gorgeous, minimalist stylish, but matches with the surroundings, the culture and overall a very comfortable and rustic outlook. A place one never forgets. We just loved our 5 nights stay.

Review 9：We were first in a downstairs room in the back which I wanted for quietness but could hear people when they wore shoes upstairs. Moved to upstairs and things were great.

Review 10：This is a lovely hotel with attention to detail. The staff was always ready to help and so friendly. The restaurant was first class. They have a lovely clear top covered area so when it rained you could siit outside..very charming.
