Review 1：the resturant is well priced and the food is excellent and deliciuos!the studio rooms with all the comforts and tv.channels are ideal for all the shortish stays we have there.The staff are always cheerfull and helpfull. we are also close to the lake for trout fishing.

Review 5：A pity the restaurant was not open (or available) that night. However, we found another restaurant without any trouble.

Review 6：We liked the spacious grounds with extra facilities for families. When we arrived the manager told us she had upgraded us from a studio to a comfortable one-bedroom unit. Also, although it is a stop-over place for many large trucks, they were all parked away from the units, so that we never heard them start up in the morning.

Review 8：Great place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights as we did the Tongariro Alpine crossing. The staff organised our bus to and from the trek. Just across the road from all of Turangi's amenities.

Review 9：Beds were very uncomfortable, duvets were dated and stained, didn't look like they had been cleaned, ever... Mugs had stains, overall cleanliness was very poor. Rooms and blankets were dusty. Won't be staying there again.

Review 11：Quite central for shops and cafes. Ideal Location. The room had double glazed windows which avoided outside noise at night and in the morning. The breakfast was good and excellent portion size.

Review 12：Being charged $10 extra for a 2 Year old! We are a family of 4 and the room could easily cater for a family of 4. In-fact we didn't even use one room but still paid extra.

Review 17：On Easter Friday with no studio unit cooking facilities and town closed, we had to eat at the Motel restaurant ($28-29 for mains). Even a microwave would have helped! Could upgrade from the Arcroc cups! A coffee plunger would have been nice.

Review 18：Very old tea cups and plates, haven't been updated for a long time. They were dirty too. Bathroom had hairs around the basin and shower. Bell tea bags and budget Nescafe coffee, not 4 star quality.

Review 22：There was a very loud foreign woman in the next unit who was constantly ranting. Her poor husband! I think this was just unfortunate as we couldn't hear the couple on the other side of us.

Review 29：The clean comfortable room.The inviting cheerfull staff.The resturant meals were well priced and delicious with a good variety.The motel is over the road from the township,and only a couple of minutes to the lake.There are plenty of facilities for children to play.

Review 30：The pillows were all foam - no choice of comfort. Adding a microwave and a sharp knife (we asked for one and were given one) to the kitchen would have made it more user friendly. There was minimal space between one side of the bed and the drawers. And some of the room needed simple dusting to bring it up to par.

Review 31：The room was identical to the pictures, so there were no surprises. It was comfortable and fine for one night, although I'm not sure I would enjoy it for a longer stay. The shower was excellent, which is always a plus.

Review 37：When I checked in I informed the frontdesk that I had to shorten my reservation from 3 to 2 days, they insisted on paying $70 (50% of the day rate) for the 3rd night cancellation due to payment to Booking.com and if I would have made the booking directly there would not be a charge. strange explanation, knowing that booking.com takes a % of the paid rate. Very dissapointing.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights, and really appreciate the comfort and the sky channel. the guy at the reception was awesome making sure we had everything sorted for our Tongariro walk. my second time staying at asure parkland and will stay again when I am up there.
