Review 1：The place is sweet and nice Great view from the balcony. Right in the middle between Bolzano and Merano. Easily accessible from autostrada Good value for money Tasty, fresh and healthy breakfast! Attentive and caring staff

Review 3：Good sized rooms which were very clean. Great breakfast. Interesting to watch the surrounding apple orchards being harvested. Good access to the main roads.

It was lovely waking up in the mornings with our own balcony overlooking the garden, the nearby apple orchards and the mountains in the background. The owner was kind and available for anything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic!
