Review 1：Very small fan that didn't reach close enough to the bed or cool us down enough at night. We didn't know whether it was safe enough to leave the windows open. We felt that the tariff was higher than motels of a better quality in the North Island and Dunedin

The staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable and myself and my husband have already booked to go back. Great location only a few minutes walk from the beach and some great bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend

Review 9：Shower was awkward and small. Kitchenette did not contain any bowls. Stray hairs found in both shower and bedding. Parking was cramped and difficult.

Review 11：We arrived for a 4 night stay and because some building work was planned to start on the morning of our 3 night we were kindly upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. A most comfortable spacious 4 nights thanks to our hosts.

Review 12：Walls are not sound proofed enough, can here neighbours voices too easily. Some pipe noises heard in room all night. It's was a cold night and there was no electric blanket and the wall heater struggled to heat the room, kitchen door would not shut. Bathroom unappealing.

Review 19：This motel is clean and comfortable. The downside was staying in the front unit right on a very busy highway. Traffic starts early in the morning and goes until late at night. This would put me off a return visit.

Review 23：The hot water was constant and VERY hot... And the bedsheets were so white and crisp and the White towels so clean and fluffy. Kitchen was so well equipped.
