Review 1：Amazing location, beautiful view and great access to the ocean (only a few feet away) it's worth the stay. The staff is pleasant and nice. Loved the free parking!

Review 3：Perfect location. Good room and a big balcony with pool and sea view. The restaurant as good food and the prices are around the same as other restaurants in the area. Good breakfast.
Review 4：I don't know why hotels use economy light-bulbs. These are very bad for the environment in the long-run because of the mercury they contain and they create a gloomy atmosphere. Moreover, there was no lighting on one side of the bed which made reading difficult. That could be improved.
Review 5：The room right on the sea, the private beach, the parc, the bathroom, the outrageous trophi (homemade pasta with basil sauce), the breakfast and the very pleasant staff. I would go back in a minute!
Review 6：But the hotel is not alone. Around it there is a pool, a restaurant and a beach, which were open for all the people of 'Latte' a few years ago . Suddenly the owner built a wall and now all people have to pay for the beach, which does not belong to him! People in 'Latte' are very angry about this! When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, there were loud music and noise from all over. It was terrible! The stuff was unfriendly. Nobody helped us. The windows were bolted by keys, the bath tub didn't work correctly. If you want ham or cheese for breakfast, you have to order it. Wlan is very slow. I would never come again, even if the location is so near to the water.
Review 7：The hotel alone and the location would be very nice. In Hambury-Suite for 110,- €/ night we had a look to the sea over the roof of the restaurant. Only some people of the stuff were very friendly.

Review 9：Fantastic location, just outside Menton, with excellent facilities; private beach, swimming pool and very good restaurant. We stayed for one night in a big room with seaside view. We had a balcontact with two accessing doors, also equipped with sunchairs. The room had airconditioning, tv, a big bathroom with wirlpool and a big 2 person bed. Everything was clean and looking nice. The staf was friendly and spoke multiple languages, also english. The restaurant had an option for a 5 course dinner, so plenty of choice there. The house wine and house made sauces are recommanded. Breakfast was included and big. Croissants, fresh bread and fresh juices made a good start of the morning. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and we will return if in the area again.
Review 10：Terrible breakfast, just sweet pastry and very poor. One day they had a party at the hotel for people from outside, i couldn't find place for my car, not faire! Every day they open the pool and beach for everybody non guests, very crowd and dificult to find a place next to the pool or parking for your car. They have to give priority to the real guests, is not a cheap hotel!

Review 14：We booked a room with a PRIVATE balcony and sea view. When we arrived we hot the room with access to the PUBLIC terrace - access was locked. We asked reception for a change - in the moment we wanted this the man at the reception had many tasks to do, postponed solving our issue and partly ignored us. He said we have a private balcony. After some time he went with us to the room to show us mentioned private balcony, unlocked the door, showed us the public terrace and said - "it is a private balcony". There was no balcony furniture, so we asked whether we should use the chairs from the room or he will bring some. He said that we can use room furniture. We accepted, unless he said no excuse, nothing and moreover his face said clearly that we just cause the problems. We think that this behavior is unacceptable for the price we paid in such hotel. This is the reason we would never go back again. p.s. if you look for a romantic and quite place, be aware that the hotel is commercially very active - one evening was a disco in the ground floor, the second evening the wedding party till the morning and they of course used partly our "private" balcony area :) POOR BREAKFAST - CONTINENTAL, NO BUFFET. Just sweet pastries. No cheese, no ham, nothing... The morning after the wedding evening they served once the ham and cheese as well - it was awkward...

I complained asI was keen to swim in the pool instead of the sea & the manager gaveme a discount from the room rate I had paid.

Review 29：The man at the front counter was not friendly or helpful in any way. We ended up having to leave a day earlier than originally booked, due to the train schedule. He said we couldn't cancel the last night and we would have to pay it all. I called booking.com and they ended up taking care of it, but he was not pleasant and kept saying he didn't want to pay commission to booking.com for the original time (not sure how that's my problem). He treated us that way the rest of the stay and it made us feel uncomfortable. One night we requested an iron. We never received the iron. Thank heaven for the other girl that worked during the day. She spoke English and was very helpful. If we dealt with her the entire time our stay would have been more pleasant! The resort is not close to the City. It's a 15-20 Euro cab ride to Ventimiglia. So, if you want to just relax at the hotel it would be fine, but if you want to see the sites it gets costly. Taxi is the only way to the city. On Friday night they had very loud music until midnight and the train comes by every 1/2 hour or so. Our room was at the back of the property. It said there was a sea view. If you sat on the patio just right that was true, it was accross the grass, but you certainly couldn't see the sea from the room. The pool was not open. We stayed the middle of May and the listing said the pool would be open May-Sept. It was roped off and looked like it needed cleaning and service. The beach was rocky and had a lot of garbage. The lounge chair area above it was nice. It looked like it has sand that was brought in from somewhere else, but still nice place to sit and read in front of the ocean. The breakfast is free and was decent, but it's only rolls, fruit and yogurt.
