Review 1：I had a fantastic stay. I was on a cycling trip and just stayed for the night. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful, he even helped storing my bike in a closed unused room! Nice rooms, comfy beds, nice showers/bathrobes/towels/showergel. Everything is here, even a kitchen to prepare your own meals, and also a fully filled fridge to buy some drinks. Wonderful breakfast. Everything there. Absolute a 5 star 10/10 rating. Best value for money I've seen in a long time. I'll definitely hop by again soon.

Review 2：Wonderful small town with an old centre, great place to stay. Our group of 4 friends , 1 little kid and 2 small dogs enjoyed the stay and the very friendly welcome from the owners Martin and Elly.

Review 3：bedroom was a little cramped & bathroom not ensuite (which would be OK only if the price reflected that). Mattresses were far too soft (basically felt like a massive marshmallow). Definitely need firmer beds & mattresses!

Review 17：Big Thank you to elly and martin we were treated like family, and willdefenetly be back,we were there for a week and meet young people,couples, older folk and all got on realy well, beer and soft drink inthe fridge, open kitchen to cook what you want.and when good weather youcan Bar-B-Q on the terrace. The old village Warkum is pleasant to seewith good cheap shopping and canal fishing on the premise,we had arubberboat and could park outside our room,also the village people arevery friendly and help in any which way they can , I fully recomend thisB&B to all who enjoy the simple life at a small budget

Review 21：okay the walls are a bit thin but earplugs are there for you,(we had no problems with sound) the toilets are communal but dont worry they are very clean and the showers are of a good standard with towels

Review 22：very good location,family friendly,and animals aloud,very clean and comfortable, fully fitted kitchen to do your own cooking, excellent location for canoeing , bikeing and canal fishing also a good stop over for sailers(you can also hire canoes and bikes at the B&B),lastly but not least you can order a very good breakfast .

Review 23：Ellie and Martin were fantastic. They simply could not do enough for us. The children could swim in the canal at the back of the house and play in the canoes. The facilities for eating and bar-b-queing outside were also great.

Review 24：The owners are so amazingly hospitable and friendly. The place is spotless and very well maintained, the location is excellent base for touring around to the nearby towns. They have bikes for rent and the BBQ area is lovely. Kitchen has everything you would need should you wish to cook there. I will be stay here again for sure if I come back to that area. A room along the canal has an amazing view. I rate this place very highly. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
