Reviews for Hotel Maia
Review 1:Great budget hotel in the middle of costa, fantastic value for money. Always plenty of parking along the street outside. From some of the negative reviews If you need luxury it's probably best to go up the road a pay 5 times the price !
Review 2:This wonderful Hotel was the best given base for us to explore Lisbon and surroundings. The owners - a so nice couple - and staff made everything to make it socomfortable for us. We had rapid WiFi in our room, fridge and all other conveniences. Close to beach, boardwalk, surfing etc..
Review 3:The staff were wonderful, pleasant, polite and very helpful. The location was excellent, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The facility was simple yet the atmosphere was very hospitable. I would highly recommend it.
Review 4:- nothing
Review 5:- very nice, friendly, helpful and just lovable hotel manager and his family - well kept, clean, charming rooms - good jummy food - very close to the beach, also very close to good restaurants - I forget some very expensive stuff in the room and the hotel manager send it next day to my home address: really honest and nice, will surely come back!
Review 6:We have stayed in most hotels in Costa de Caparica as we visit on a monthly basis. This was the first and last time we will stay here. The room we stayed in was spacious but quite outdated with thick heavy curtains which are great to muffle the sound of the street but definitely in need of a good steam clean as we could smell them along with the heavy bed throw (which we removed as this also required cleaning). Fridge was dirty. Breakfast was cheap and nasty and I would suggest that hotel Maia go look at their competitors around the corner Mar e Sol as their breakfast is second to non and their rooms are cheaper by at least ten euros. We paid €60 euros for one night through booking.com but the walk in price was €100 neither of which are worth it. No definitely will not stay again.
Review 7:The sheets and towels were clean, rooms basic and in need of an upgrade. Staff were very nice.
Review 8:Jorge the manager, very friendly helpful.
Review 9:Josh was so friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget stay in Costa de Caparica

Review 15:The hotel is near the beach, supermarket, main street, bus station, everything is near.... I cant complain everything was perfect... The stuff is really nice... Breakfast was great.... Really. Ice vacation thank for everything
Review 16:The room was a directly on the street and the noise of the pedestrian light was annoying as I could hear it all night from my room.
Review 17:+ Very nice employees + Ok Breakfast + Location ok
Review 18:The hotel reminds of really "classical" hotels and how they should look like, with wooden furniture and silence inside. Very clean rooms, air-conditioning, a lot of space and nice chance to explore not only the beach but also surrounding area. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Review 19:Great Staff, hotel was pretty basic but it was very close to the sea and the happening areas around this small city, we stayed here a day before visiting Lisbon.

Review 21:Breakfast was poor
Review 22:The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was excelent.
