Review 1：Bad experience during this stay is water supply stop every 2 hours. I need to call/ sms building management to get the water supply.
Review 2：Comfort and privacy. Fast response from staff.
Review 3：Two hours after we checked in, discovered there was no water supply. The owner informed this was due to water pump problem. After some negotiation, they managed to changed our unit to a lower floor. There was water when we checked in. Later at night after our dinner, discovered there was no more water supply, not even water to flush the toilet. We contacted the owner and he suggest to offer us to use bathroom on other studio room for is to shower. We are not agreeable to this as we will be unable to use toilet all night long. After some arguement with my husband, the owner agreed to refund us so that we can look for other alternatives. After waited for about 30 mins and dis not turn up, i call again n the owner inform i can just leave the unit and he will pay me (refund) 50%. Upset with this, we left the unit and wanted to do a police report. Luckily, the other owner offered us 2 units of studio room. At last, we managed to settle down and take shower at 11.30pm

Review 7：This is not a real hotel, but a private person who rents his apartment on a 'resort'. It was very hard to find where to go to (no communication) and only because some friendly locals helped us out, we could get into our room. This room was in a bad condition and quite dirty. No WiFi. No towels. No cooking facilities.

Review 11：Older building and older bedroom furniture. Showers didn't have curtains. No soap and shampoo were provided initially. No air conditioning or heating at all.
Review 12：Good communication and hospitality. Big 3 BR apt with big living room and big dining room. 2 bedrooms have ensuites. 1 common toilet with basin and mirror. Water filter for drinking water. View from balcony is quite good. Overlooking strawberry farms and what could be the highest point in Brichang. Parking was free and plenty during stay.
Review 13：There was a slight switch- we had a 3 room apartment instead of 2 one-bedroom apartments. The apartment we were given was not properly maintained - although we tested the hot water shower during check in, at the end of the day when we returned to the apartment, there was no more hot water. The TV was not working, there was no wifi as in the write up....we were informed that wifi is only available on the 10th floor- at the penthouse. The master bedroom was cold and damp, the draft from the open window in the bathroom came into the room. There was no shower closet - after a shower, the whole bathroom floor was flooded and the water could not dry off! The master bedroom door lock was spoilt, and the door could not be opened from the outside. The master bedroom bed was smelly - beddings, pillows and mattress. The carpet in front of the bathroom was extremely dirty and damp. The neon lights from the outside shops kept on flashing into the room and disturbed our sleep. (bedroom facing the road and shops outside) The kitchen utensils were limited and rather dirty. The fridge was dirty.
