Review 1：I had a very bad experience at the beginning.On Booking.com I had booked a Double Room for Single Use.I was given a Single and told in Portugal they don't allow Double for Single use among other many excuses.After an argument the manager admitted they had double-booked but hoped to still get my money.Eventually I got my Double but only after great effort on my part.Left a bad taste in my mouth.
Review 2：Location not far from Train/Bus station was perfect as I was making several excursions around the region.Also close to old town centre for sights and restaurants.
Review 3：The Cleanliness is really below the acceptable. Toilet was dirty, hairs on the floor, dust inside the wardrobe.

Review 11：We were looking forward to having a sauna and steam after our drive but both did not seem to be on/working. No instructions about how to turn them on.
Review 12：Comfortable room with nice bed. Nice, cool and dark room to sleep in. Had a nice meal in the downstairs restaurant for dinner. Friendly staff upon check-in and check-out. Parking was easy outside the hotel. Breakfast was nice though not spectacular.
Review 13：At check in they gave me the number of room 306, but the card didn't open the door. So, I tried several rooms until open the 303. I called reception to communicate, and they told me they already new the mistake, but nobody came to me to apologize and say the correct room number. They don't inform breakfast time at check in. The bathroom is too small, besides that, when you open the faucet, water splashes all directions. They didn't refill soaps.

Review 23：The hotel looks as if it is near the end of a big refurbishment. It is,for the price, a very decent hotel indeed. Everything is very smart. Theroom and shower room were perhaps a little small but perfectlyacceptable. I could not hear any noise from neighbours and the nearbyrailway line did not present a problem. The wifi was free all over thehotel and blazingly fast by normal hotel standards.The pool, steam roomand sauna were a great bonus and more than adequate for a small hotel.Parking was free on the hotel forecourt. I had no problem finding thehotel despite my gps announcing we had arrived at our destination whenit was the other side of a railway line. The breakfast was included inthe room price and was perfectly adequate for what we paid. The hotel isvery handy to walk to the town centre and if you need a taxi it is€3.25. The personnel were all cheerful and helpful. Well done!! I amsure if all of Portugal performs like this it will soon solve itfinancial problems.

Review 74：An are that is still to improve but under their agenda is to also refurnish the common areas and increase the power of the WIFI to get to the rooms and not only the lobby area. Big road and train line in front, but noise is cancelled out by double glazing. Traffic and frequency of trains is reduced anyway.
Review 75：They have renovated all the rooms to a good standard. They are comfortable and new. The windows are double glazed. And it was very clean. The Staff is helpfull with your needs (eg. call in a taxi for you or helps with directions). Breakfast simple but good value.
