Review 2：Normally I don't like to give a 10 but well deserved. A beautiful house in a great location. Matteo and the family made us feel really at home on our honeymoon. A short stay but they took us out on an amazing boat trip around the islands and a great wine tasting evening. Lucky to stumble on this place and hopefully back soon.

Review 3：Warm personal interaction with owners. They went far out of their way to be certain we had a good time and took us on a wine tour and a boat trip to remote Sardinian Islands and beaches. The personalized breakfasts prepared by Marcello in a private table with a view of the ocean and beaches were superb

Review 6：The house is situated in a nice garden with amazing view on the Golfo di Marinella - you can have a breakfast in the garden and watch the sea.The room was smaller but enough for 2 persons.You have to be careful due to mosquitos but there were insect screens in the windows. Matteo was so nice host - he prepared breakfast based on our preferences (always very good) and gave us a lot of tips for nice places.We regret that we had no time to go with him on a trip to La Maddalena island-maybe in the future :)

Review 7：Make sure to visit this little gem when you are visiting Sardinia! Not only are the rooms nicely decorated, the garden is beautiful and the view even more! What sure should be mentioned is the fantastic hospitality of Matteo and Vittoria! They really make you feel welcome and do their utmost to make the best of your stay in Sardinia. The breakfast is great (fresh and home baked products, and they even took into account of the allergies of my wife.) and is served in the garden. No better way to start your morning. Even when it rains the place is beautiful. We spend an evening on the veranda with candle light when it pouring down. Matteo even came to bring us an extra blanket to keep us warm. This was our best B&B/hotel in Sardinia!

Review 9：Beautiful place to spend our vacation. The garden with the terrace overlooking the sea is really great, very peaceful and relaxing, we almost didnt want to leave in the morning. Matteo prepared good breakfast and was very helpful with any question and have us great tips for beaches and things to see around the area. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We spent some fun evenings with him, some of his friends and other guests and very much appreciated the effort he went to for us. The view from the house looking over the bay is breathtaking and breakfast is served every day with it as a backdrop. Rooms are clean and modern and beds comfortable. Our room had comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony that were perfect for relaxing away from the crowds.

Review 19：My wife and I are Americans who live in Rome, and we have traveled extensively in Italy. This was one of our favorite places. Matteo was a wonderful host. The location is incredible and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Matteo took us out for a memorable day visiting beautiful beaches and coves which could only be reached by boat. We have highly recommended this place to all our friends.

Review 23：Phone when you arrive, as the gate is shared by 2 properties and the intercom contacts the other property, a phone call to the owner saves much confusion.

Review 24：The location was wonderful, overlooking the bay, 2 mins from the centre of Porto Rotondo. So quiet and peaceful, we had the best nights sleep, woke to the sound of birds, our gracious host then served us a delicious breakfast on our terrace overlooking the bay.

Review 25：The location and the view was spectacular. The owners, Matteo and his mother, were so friendly and lovely. The cats and tortoise in the garden were a nice surprise. So cute! We couldn't have asked for more!

Review 29：The location was peaceful and tranquil. If you want solitude in a delightful place this is the spot. The host and his family are excellent in assisting with recommendations for things to do, restaurants to visit etc. La Cappriciosa is a superb restaurant and excellent value in Golfo d'Arancia.

Review 30：The house is very well-maintained with lots of greenery and a sea view. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was served overlooking a spectacular view of the nearby beach. Excellent coffee. Wifi was surprisingly fast. Location was easy to navigate. Matteo, our host, gave clear directions and was contactable via mobile to guide us. Matteo was also extremely helpful with giving us tips about traveling around the island. I hear in summer, guests get to choose a traditional Sardinian dinner served by Matteo's mother! We would love to come back to stay again. Highly recommended.
