Review 1：If I was going to be really picky the only thing wld be pool area could of been bigger with more lounge chairs

Review 2：Clean very close to everything you need beautiful views great helpful staff really can not fault my stay air conditioning worked perfectly which is an absolute must in cairns

Review 3：Air conditioning although it worked had an issue with the compressor and was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. Free wifi access details did not work. Although there is cable TV - most channels including the movies channels were not paid for so they did not work. I was not made aware of the 1.5% surcharge when booking when paying via visa which I discovered on check out. No manuals to be found on how to operate appliances which was painful trying to get things like TV/cable and the induction cooktop working.

Review 4：Great central location close to Cairns lagoon, shops and restaurants. Well appointed 1 bedroom apartment with semi obstructed water views. Staff very responsive and attentive to requests made although it was limited in what they could do.

Review 5：It is impossible to darken the rooms, the kids are up with the first sun rays...Advice: If traveling with kids, go to bed early.

Review 8：Great location! Just besides the marina and across from the casino. Supermarkets and other places for shopping are also very close to the hotel. Free Wifi is excellent.

Review 9：The bad experience comes when we have concluded our journey. The hoteldeduct money from my account without any notice due to "extracleaning fee". That was because the hotel didn't highlight uswe have to dump the garbage in the kitchen to the garbage collectionpoint outside the apartment. I do think we have keep a well performanceduring our stay and all the garbage have been well packed in the kitchennext to the bin. We are not aware of any garbage collection point atall. There are no large bins observed in the apartment and no stafftells us we have to do so. This is really unfair and destroyed our 100%satisfactory to the hotel and the willingness to stay next time.

Review 11：Excelent location, friendly staff and an excellent upgrade as the air conditioning was not working. We got an awesome oceanview apartment because of that. Fair enough and we really apreciated how quickly they set up everything.

Review 12：Started off by being upgraded on arrival. They have Such spacious rooms, with everything you need for a getaway. Waking up to the views of the inlet and Marina are worth the cost of the room alone. Everything is at your footstep also, resturaunts, markets, the esplanade, marina and the list goes on. Will be staying again

Review 17：The worst accommodation experience of my life! Took an hour to book inbecause bookin.com don't tell you the address is a booking officeonly. Then the security card entry system didn't work. We needed 3sets of cards before we got one that worked.(Each set required a tripback to the booking office) Other guests we met commented freely aboutthe same problem. I was locked out of the building at 11:30pm one nightafter taking luggage to our car. The card wouldn't allow me access,I didn't have the emergency phone number for after hours assistancewith me, my wife was asleep..... I finally got back to my room at 12:15am. Staff attitude? Didn't care, no explanation, no apology! Wewon't be going back. Can get great water views in other hotels.

Review 19：The reception staff at the Info Centre couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I was there for the Ironman and the proximity to the finish line was perfect.

Review 23：Card keys were unreliable, the balcony screens (for the western sun) were some architects bad idea because they don't work that well. To nitpick...a bathrobe hook would be good. Also the carpet was a bit spotty at the entry.

Review 28：Had a fantastic stay here with superb views of the marina and river inlet. Apartment was spacious with all mod cons including a washer/drier. Car park access was very easy, simply using your room key card at the barrier and the reserved parking space was next to the entry door for the apartments. Wifi was fast and reliable. Eating places and the esplanade are just over the road along with the reef tour boats which are just in front. The management team were very efficient at booking me in and also helped book some short notice tours to the reef and rainforest. I will be back for sure.

Review 29：Check in a nightmare - had to go to shop up the street rather than the apartments itself. Key wouldnt work and apartment reception wouldnt help until we trailed back to the shop where we had to check in for them to ring apartment reception!!!. View disappointing - expected harbour view and got a tin roof with a smelly alley below our balcony. There was an allocated car park space for apartment but we had to pay extra for this. Air con unit filter in cupboard choked with thick dust. Stained carpet and furniture. Very disappointed for money we paid.

If you stand outside looking into the lounge we were like on a TV screen especially facing South where there are no curtains with accommodation adjacent & above. Overall the immediate response when entering the room was that we could have done much better elsewhare as we have done in the past. Harbour Lights has left us with that eternal never again feeling.

Review 37：I like the balcony where I can view the pier, the yachts, the sunset and everything. Plus it is very close to the Pier which makes it very convenient for us to join the tour to Great Barrier Reef. The restaurants at Harbour Lights and along the Esplanade are really nice too.

Review 38：It was a nice Apartment, but I will never book accommodation that is not part of the Hotel we are in, the Reception did not want to have a bar of us, and as soon as we said the room number we were in , they just said sorry can't help. The booking agency ( where I booked on line ) was across the street, but I prefer to be part of the complex that you are in, just my opinion .

Review 42：Although the pool area had great views it was very old and unappealing. There was an issue with the door cards needing replacement and still requiring multiple scans before they worked.

Nothing was done to fix the card scanner in the week that we where there.

Also not enough dishwasher soap provided. Only 2 provided. Frying pans were not flat anymore, a bit curved so was difficult to cook our steak.

Review 127：Location! A diver's Dream as the apartments are located in the same building as the Reef Tours Terminal. It is also very conveniently located to the rest of Cairns and on the Boardwalk with a great variety of restaurants and bars.
