Reviews for Residence Costa Templada
Review 1:Since the temperatures outside were in low to mid 30s, it made it unbearably hot inside. Unfortunately, the place did not have air conditioning. If you slept with the balcony doors open, you were bothered by noise coming from the street (scooters zooming by constantly) and from the restaurant across the street, especially around 11pm, when they were cleaning up. If you chose to close the windows, you would not be able to sleep, even with an overhead fan running. The apartment would be perfect in the spring and fall, when the weather is milder.
Review 2:We loved having our morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony, as the view from there was gorgeous. Roberto and his wife were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you both very much.
Review 3:But this place relied to much on its good location....if you advertise in english you should have someone who at least speaks a little english. Also it would be better to have someone in reception more often then two hours in the morning, and two hours in the afternoon....in fact we ran out of toilet paper and never could catch someone to ask for more.
Review 4:The location was fantastic...
Review 5:The apafrtments offer a romantic view across the Mediterranean towards Menton, with the waves gently crashing onto the beach across the road. The apartments are spotless and are well-equipped and comfortable.
Review 6:Wifi was working extremely bad. Not a chance to skype home. It is getting noisy in the morning if you open a window when a lot of motorbikes are passing along the street. No electric socket near the bed.
Review 7:Sea view (and sound), free parking available, nice kitchen.
Review 8:Parking is free but can be tricky to find a space on Friday, Saturday , Sunday other days are fine.
Review 9:Great location and the end of the bay in a nice town with plenty to do. Room was nice and the pictures don't do the balcony and sea view justice. Staff didn't speak English but were very friendly and helpful.
Review 10:Nothing
Review 11:I loved staying here and will definitely come back. I had everything I need for a perfect break.
Review 12:Very nice place, very good apartment. We can recommend only ... We will come back for holiday.
Review 13:Stayed here before & the management are fantastic & always happy to help where applicable.
Review 14:Poor wifi.
Review 15:Very good location, friendly staff, big rooms with balconies.
Review 16:Ground floor rooms are adjacent to street -- could be noisy and inconvenient in high summer.
Review 17:Tidy and well equipped room, including a full range of kitchen equipment. Drinks machine in lobby. Access to laundry facilities (small charge) though drying had to be done in the open air. Ten mins walk to town centre and rail station.
Review 18:Our only problem was the staff spoke next to no English and the TV had over 100 channels but only Italian and French ones, but I accept that is our problem. Wifi was poor in the room but worked well in the reception area.
Review 19:Excellent location with all rooms having a sea view, yet withn walking distance of the main town, old town and railway station. It was clean and comfortable. Lovely to sit on our balcony having our meals looking at the sea.
Review 20:lightly dated décor but very clean. watch out do not park in front of hotel, only in marked bays. Council will fine you.
Review 21:The owners were very friendly, Hotel was right next to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Excellent value. Lots of nearby restaurants, Vesuvio and Napoli were good.
Review 22:Wifi only in lobi, linen charge,
Review 23:Excellent position, oceanview, near to Railway, good connection to Monaco, Nice, Sanremo... free parking, no tourust tax, no hidden costs (except 20€ linen), nice equipped kitchen, pets friendly, friendly staff, good value for money
Review 24:No quick contact by mail ( answer for my question- in english and italian- send me more than one week after ) English language is not useful for contact with personel and reception ( only italian and French )- but it were not so big problem:-)
Review 25:Perfect location , by the beach with view of mediteran sea from balcony. Very nice little town with typical italian taste of meals and style. Very friendly and helpfull Lady in Reception
Review 26:please replace mattress! The harbour is under (stalled) construction, they seem to have run out of money. Molto piano piano ;-)
Review 27:great location & sea view, simple but sufficient facilities. Bus to San Remo (and railway station) leaves from square around corner (trough tunnel). Staff speak Italian & French.
Review 28:I wouldn't change a thing, but I would advise anyone with luggage to take a taxi. It isn't that far, but the path is not always luggage wheel friendly.
Review 29:The couple running the place were absolutely fabulous! Our room was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was quite at night, so we slept well and having a kitchen saved us quite a bit. The locations was amazing, with the beach right in front of us.
Review 30:They did not receive from bookings the notification of our arrival. Beds were not prepared, we had to make the beds. Did not have daily cleaning. Did not have a spare toilet paper. Small for a famíly of four in one room
Review 31:Location Very clean on arrival. Price
Review 32:The staff does not speak English (not a word), just Italian or French, but this can be solved with a dictionary. The wifi is available only at the reception, not in the room. There are just a few sockers in the room, which makes a little uncomfortable to use electricity for your own things. They made some renovation during our stay (in peak season), which was very noisy.
Review 33:The kitchen was very well equiped, the view was excellent.
Review 34:wi-fi signal only in the lobby(maybe also in some rooms but not in mine)
Review 35:Location is great with nice view, close to the center, but quiet place. Apartments are fully equipped.
Review 36:No staff there on a Tuesday, I needed to pay my bill that day as I was leaving very early next day.
Review 37:Friendly staff, nice apartments, clean, wonderful views
Review 38:Nobady speak English. Only campingbad in the Room.
Review 39:Very nice place!
Review 40:everything is in place - for apart/residence
Review 41:Location, view, apartement cleanliness. The couple who is running the hotel is great but they don't speak a word of English.
