Review 1：The name doesn't dissapoint, it is a design hotel but nicely done. The staircase at reception reminds me of the one at Longchamp shop New York designed by Thomas Heatherwick. Breakfast was very good and bedroom is comfortable, quiet. The courtyard is a nice place to sit out.

It's a bit wacky in its design (think TV house make-over programmes) for example, fluorescent pink carpets, Star wars style reception desk, bathroom doors that open both inwards and outwards without latches or handles and I loved it all. It's different but still very comfortable.

It seems to be family run with a lot of heart for the hotel and service. the breakfast was very good and the hotel is in the city centre. could not have made a better choice.

Review 29：Absoluto design hotel is a very tipical and stylish small hotel right in the centre of Viana do Castelo. The venue is a mix between a converted town house and a palace but very modern and stylish inside. It is located right in the centre within a walking distance from all tourist spots. At the same time is very quiet and romantic, ideal for a couple or honeymoons. Rooms are all different and in different colours. We stayed in the white one, called petroleo. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always ready to help. We are a gay couple and always felt very welcome and special. Breakfast is in a very cute room and quality was great. Fresh juices, several choices of cereals, breads, hams, cheeses. I have to score 4 stars for it. Little pearl in Viana.
