Review 2：I like the room. I like the fact that the hotel is near to rose and orchid farm, butterfly and cactus farm. And what I love the most is the hotel has a mall and 3D Museum.
Review 3：Upon check-in the room, water heater trip and unusable, broken electric kettle causes electrical circuit trip in my room, but has been rectified immediately by hotel maintenance. Also, could serve more menu and choices for breakfast.

Review 5：Some construction was going on next to the hotel. Hence the surrounding was a bit dusty. I know it's temporary but it can be uneasy for the visitors in mere future.

Review 7：1) It would be better if there was a porter position at the carpark to receive guests with their luggage as the hotel lobby is located only at the 3rd floor. 2) My room sliding door could not close. 3) Breakfast menu could have been better. The cafe service needs improvement as the speed of topping up the food is slow. Drinks & foods were empty & guest would have to wait a while before the crew top up the food.
Review 8：I like the location of the hotel. Design & setting of the room is accurate to the pictures shown in the internet.
Review 9：Toilet is dirty, the quilt also not clean. During my stay, few times there was power trip which spoilt the mood. The staff does not know what is the cause. I believe because the building is new and there are contruction still in progress at hotel area.
Review 10：Near access to BOH plantation,self-pick strawberry farm,and cactus point. suite have nice layout, balcony with quite nice view in the morning. There are 2 restaurant good for breakfast. OLD TOWN WHITE COFFEE AND TEH TARIK PLACE.

Review 14：1.Although the rate for Queen room is about the same as a 5 star hotel room, the bathroom had very basic washbasin, a very tiny shelf to put your toiletries, very unlike a regular standard hotel bathroom. 2. The so called buffet breakfast is a farce. they had like 6 or 7 hot trays of food, utensils kept in some old dirty jar, no eggs to order like a normal hotel buffet breakfast. It is basically a riff-off. If you wanna stay, DO NOT take the breakfast option. you can get cheaper and better variety of food outside. I wouldn't recommend to anyone nor am i ever steeping into that hotel again. Really disappointed.

Review 17：no proper signboard to direct to the hotel, none seen all the way from Ringlet, not even when reaching the hotel. parking was also confusing, no clear signs where to park and how to get to hotel lobby.

The view: not nice from the rooms, The beds: not comfortable and making noisy sound. The bathroom washing hand place and the piping was leaking. 3. The room services was not coming to clean the room since i when out around 1130am already switch the cleaning switch, come back around 0530pm not yet cleaning the room. 4. When the housekeeping coming doing the cleaning, not washing the toilet. When i go to used it, something around the toilet bowl. I need to cleaning again. 5. So bad the morning breakfast, i and my husband when there around 9am, almost the food is finish, no coffee, feeling not to eat, need to request only refuse the food and coffee, very disappointed of the hotel. I feeling unhappy when during my stay there since that time is my husband birthday, i hope you can inform to the hotel for there improvement the hotel facilities and services. Thank you,

Review 55：The traffic jam from Tanah Rata to the hotel (Kea Farm) during festive and school holiday season is very stressful. The access way to the mall were closed early in the morning. Have to walk from the back door and around the building if you want to have your breakfast at the Teh Tarik Place or Old Town Cafe.

Review 94：1) May be due to humid weather, there are a little mouldy, not comfortable if you have sensitive nose. 2) It is not hotel fault, but the entire Cameron in Perak section till Brinchang including where the hotel located (I drive from north) were really messy with various development, look like squatters place full of unorganized constructions, plantation tents, rubbish and advertising banners along way and not tourism spot. However, section from Hotel to KL direction (the Pahang side) was cleaner and nice view. Thus, the surrounding environment is not good and does not worth the price of RM400++
Review 95：The room is quite big and comfortable. Quite easy to find, just drive straight and it is at road side (there is only on road of course!). The 3D Holiday Park is quite interesting for taking funny picture and hotel gave us free tickets. The butterfly farm is just walking distance from hotel. Not far away is a strawberry farm. Quite a convenient place.

Overall not value for money at all. Thereafter paid the same price for smokehouse hotel. Worlds apart in terms of service quality and ambiance. Would not go there again

Staff from reception counter was very friendly to share with us the attractions nearby. Wifi from our room was quite strong. Bed is very comfortable.. had a balcony overlooking plantations. You can find ktv and massage at the mall just below the apartments.

Nearby Keafarm, Boh plantation. Tried to avoid public holiday as it was traffic jammed all the way. There is one toilet and one hair dryers for 4 adults.

There is no grand lobby but a small crowded reception. 4. No swimming pool 5. No hotel restaurant, you go basement in to parking and an outsource cafe is where breakfast is. 6. Room fee was same as KL five star hotel but not inclusive of breakfast. 7. In room Tv had hardly few Chinese channel with remote not working 8. Next to construction site, be prepared for noise. 9. Telephone handset was not working , the repair team tried both room jacks but after thirty minutes they gave up and we used our roaming mobiles to call reception. 10. It's not four / five star resort but a two star furnished apartment. 11. CPRTH is just 300 meters away where we went to bar and restaurant and our pool facility, the rate was great and staff was polite. 12. The hotel is far from market and key places but near to smaller versions. So be ready to shell for taxi. 13. No in room locker for PP and valuable and no locker at reception. 14. Common iron board outside of room if you wish to iron your clothes in common area. 15. No bathtub but standing shower. 16. No garden of its own as most resort in CH had great gardens. 17. No aircon and only one fan I hall and none in bed room also no ventilation. Temp at CH was 16/17 degree and bedroom was 25 degree. We ordered fan next night but was very noisy. Slept on sofa for need for fan. 18. Poor Wifi
