Review 1：We have to pay 60 € for cleaning that has to be made at the end of the stay and they force us to leave the kitchen clean, empty fridge and the apartment free of rubbish!! Also we have to leave a deposit of 200 € for possible damage. On the last day they will check everything!
Review 2：Good location close to restaurants and a supermarket. The nearest beach is 700m away.

Review 5：We saw 5 appartments, all are different but with the same price. First 2 nights we spent in the appartment close to the street, too noisy during night.
Review 6：Property is overdue for renovation. Very old appliances and furniture. Air-condition did not work but promptly replaced with new one. Wi-fi very poor and in most areas did not work.

Review 9：Spacious apartment in excellent complex within 2 minute walk to marina & a number of good restaurants. Very good pool. Great base for excellent beaches and stunning Costa Smerelda. Local supermarket expensive - use Conad Hypermarket c6 miles away towards Olbia. Would definitely return
Review 10：There wasn't a kettle in the room or a chopping board- minor points! The pool closed between 1-3 which at the hottest part of the day was annoying but apparently it has something to do with the lifeguard laws. The wi-fi was so slow but it did eventually work you just need to be patient!
Review 11：The rooms were great, spacious and comfortable. The apartments were clean as were the public areas. Lovely pool, big with plenty of sunbeds. Location was in the middle of Porto Rotondo so within walking distance of the port and restaurants. Despite this the location was quiet and we were never disturbed. Staff were friendly and helpful and sorted out some minor glitches we had with cold showers and the door key not working!

Review 13：Spacious apartment 2 mins walk to pool, less than 10 min walk to harbour promenade. Great covered balcony, efficient and quiet aircon. Good parking with remote control for gate.

Review 19：It is a very affluent area and there are no cheap & cheerful places to eat. None of the restaurants provided a kids menu, most would try to offer something if asked but selection was limited.
Review 20：Lovely pool and pool area although it closed between 1pm & 3pm each day. Ira Beach is a 15 to 20min walk or a few minutes by car and is probably the best beach we have ever been to. It is very shallow for the first 50m to 100m, calm and safe for the kids, with white sand and some beach bars. There is also a gate behind the pool area that leads you directly to the port which has some bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Review 22：- Super helpful staff, Lucas was very nice, provided us with all the necessary information, told us about the best beaches and even printed us our plane tickets; - Picturesque and central location, all of the best beaches are around, easy to walk to the port, great facilities,nice pool, spacious apartments with amazing patio and comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you might need, very good value for money;
