Review 2：Superb location, just a couple of minutes walk [literally] from the historic centre and lots of restaurants. Great hosts. Very inexpensive. Good breakfast too. Great free wifi. Very spacious too and great amenities. Parking is great - just outside the apartments. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was much more than two of us needed for one night and would be great for two couples or a small family. Mr. Bizzoni provided interesting history of the property and he was delightful.

Review 19：The room was spacious and very clean. All was spotless. We were also given a nice Continental Breakfast each morning. The host Mr. Bizzoni is a very friendly man who has a very good knowledge of Terni's history which we found very interesting.

Review 21：While these days we normally take a look at reviews before booking a place to stay, we did not do that this time and I must say we struck gold nonetheless. The Bizzoni Residence is a marvel: we rented two-bedroom accommodation (with breakfast) for five days, and there was no moment when we had even a minor glitch to note. The equipment of the rooms is impeccable and more than complete. With a compact-sized washing machine in the bathroom and a dishwasher to complement the well-endowed kitchen we felt more than at home away from home. The decor is sobre but elegant and all the fittings and furniture feel (and smell) new. The owners are delightful and a wealth of information ready to be tapped. The location of the property is literally within a few minutes' walk of the town centre (town hall, main square, all the pedestrian areas, etc.) and the property itself is flanked by a little public park on the back, with the residence having its own direct access to it. It is simply a pleasure to spend a few days in a new place in such lavish comfort. One point that could be made for even further improvement is perhaps the breakfast which, while varied and abundant, is limited to the typically Italian, sweet-only version. It could be even better if a selection of gorgeous Umbrian hams, salamis and cheeses were added... but, in that case, I'm afraid that Booking.com would need to create a new reviewing scale...

Review 22：Wow, what a gem and such amazing value for money. For us it should score 10. Perfect location beside a park but very close to centre of Terni. Your own kitchen/lounge and a washing machine. Owner so helpful and pleasant, provides you with information on everything you might want to know about the area. Wonderful.

Review 58：It is a very nice apartment building, just a step from the Cathedral. It looks onto the park, to which there is a direct access from the building. Very quiet, calm, and the bird singing wakes you up in the morning. Very pleasant people attending to all your needs. They will provide all necessary information and materials (maps, booklets, etc.). Charming place to stay.

Review 62：I was traveling in Terni and stayed with my daughter for the first time at this hotel. The location of the hotel is great: walking distance to the center of terni, in front of a park, 15 min from the train station (by train you can be downtown rome in 50 min, you can go to assisi etc.). The apartment where we were staying was excellent, approx 1200 sqft, multiple rooms, full kitchen etc.. It is an old building full of hoistory but totally restored. Well heated and with a splendind view. Way above my expectations, considering the reasonable price. Mr Bizzoni and the rest of the hotel staff were extremely corteous, and spent a lot of time explaining the history of the building. The building was originally (until 1920) a factory to cut wood, and many of the old machines are preserved there. Very educating for my 16 yr old daughter! Overall, my experience was fantastic. I suggest other guests who want to visit Rome and Assisi to make an extra stop at this hotel, use a day to visit "cascata delle marmore", have daily trips to assisi and rome and spend 1 day shopping in terni. Last but not least, many inexpensive "trattorie" are located walking distance. Do not miss "la mora" or "osteria citta' vecchia", both very good.

Residence Bizzoni is an old sawmill converted into a family driven friendly and lovely residence. We lived in a 2-people apartment, very spacious with a modern fully equiped kitchen and loads of storing space for our things, including a big wardrove. The apartment had a variety of welcoming drinks and snacks on arrival. Free wi-fi and tv. Room service was great too. One doesn't get this service in a hotel for the same price!
