Review 4：The reception and the location. The personnel was very friendly and Workum is a very nice old city, with this hotel being in the centre. It is quite funny sleeping in a "bedstee" and the bathroom is also fitted accordingly, although I don't think such a shower or wash basin was ever used in reality, even not long ago. And of course there is a very good restaurant downstairs.

Beach huts in the hotel loft, with no external windows Very hot, beds extremely small and uncomfortable The bathrooms were terrible. The sink was a tin bucket with no hot water, the shower was a converted watering can! The rooms were dark, no privacy. Towels dirty and worn.
