Review 1：the property was newly refurbished and spotless. Plenty of space. Close to the sea and market. Free parking. Friendly family run hotel. This hotel is unpretentious and good value for money. we have stayed in Ventimiglia on numerous occasions in supposedly better accommodation but none better than this. I cannot fault it at the price. The breakfast is typically Italian so don't expect hearty fare though.

Review 2：We would prefer that there is a fenced area for the dogs. The lady next door has access to the hotel and clearly does not like dogs! Also the owner recommends Toninos as a good restaurant but it is average.

Review 3：The convenience as a stopover between France and Spain. Plus a good dog hotel.

Review 8：none really, except (1) the proprietors could have made their presence (and concerns) more obvious; (2) a taxi requested (on day before) to get me to the station couldn't be contacted (by the friendly N.African factotum). Instead he carried my luggage most of the way; (3) rooms still don't seem to provide shelves/cupboards. Otherwise, I'd go again!

Review 10：Family run botique hotel with great rooms that have a balcony and it is only metres from the beach. There is a bar area up on the roof. This is a good spot to relax and chech out the view. It is also where you have breakfast.

Review 11：it is a good 20 minute walk from the train station, but it's nothing when you consider how far you will walk along the beach front or around shops during the day.

Review 15：After a while of traveling around Europe this vacation was a breath offresh air. The hotel is in beautiful location and you can have breakfastoverlooking the ocean on their terrace every morning, complimentary. Thestaff was exceptional and you could tell they really cared about theirclients. The young man working there helped us through our few hiccupswe had and even gave us a later check out due to our train leaving late.Everything was perfect. Totally recommend!

Review 20：The front desk man was extremely nice and helpful. He spoke English which was a blessing as I haven't learned much Italian yet. The hotel is located close to the water. The view was amazing at sunset from the balcony where breakfast is served. We left before breakfast but the coffee from the balcony was fabulous! I loved the area and the locals were extremely nice and helpful!

Review 21：The front door didn't seem to latch. The room was a little cramped and there was nowhere to put our things in the bathroom.

Review 23：Take something to stick over the flashing blue light of the air-conditioning unit if you want a good night's sleep. We couldn't work out how to switch it off but maybe if we'd asked .....

Review 24：Amazingly helpful staff who provided a waterproof cover for our soft top car when he saw us struggling to tape together plastic binbags in the rain. He also lit the fire on the roof top patio especially for us in the evening so we could chill out in the lounge seats with our friends. The parking was secure and out of sight from the road. Great location next to the beach and restaurants.

Review 26：Extremely helpful staff, breakfast on the terrace with amazing sea views, sea view room, when I left the balcony door open, I could listen to the calming sound of the waves. I highly recommend the hotel. (A word about Ventimiglia train station. Unless you are a big group of guys, I don't recommend arriving at Ventimiglia train station at night. And keep in mind that Italian rail has frequent delays. Our train had a 3 hour delay! And due to that delay we arrived at Ventimiglia at midnight, which I found to be a frightening place at night with lots of scary looking characters hanging about the station. And it seemed near impossible to get a taxi at that time. We were lucky as some other tourists agreed to share their taxi with us. Otherwise there is no knowing how long we would have had to wait for another one. During the day time, Ventimiglia station is great and seemed perfectly safe to me. So don't book a train that gets into Ventimiglia at night, that's my advice.)

Review 27：Hosts were so helpful. Le Logge is beautifully presented, close to the beach, lovely terrace for breakfast which was excellent. Wished we could stay longer.

Review 38：The recently refurbished bedroom was clearly designed by someone with no real sense of how people move about in a room: minute bathroom and ungainly bed. Functional but charmless. The tariff was a bit high for a B&B. Central Ventimiglia is a 20-minute walk away, which is fine if you like to explore a city on foot, as we do.

Just a two minute walk to the beach, was visible from the room. The train station was 20 minutes walk away. Breakfast was nice and was situated on the roof so there were many good views.

Review 96：My family and I stayed one night in this hostel being drove to Monte Carlo. The location was excellent, close to our route, free parking in the courtyard, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was ample and varied. I had a pleasant surprise when I discovered that I rented a room for four people and found an apartment with two rooms, kitchen and private bathroom. We had every comfort and we felt very well in this apartment. Except the price, which I think is quite high for this town, everything was to our liking.I recommend it.

Review 97：Staff were unable to speak English. This made it extremely difficult. Bed was actually a sofa bed with two separate mattresses pushed together.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the sea, intimate, basic but ideal for a stop-over. Good continental breakfast. Clean fresh beds with good showers, one of the rooms was air-con. If you were staying for a few days/week or so you can cater for yourself. Perfect for families traveling along the coast. Beach is public, wonderful clean warm sea. Eating places nearby (with discount at the local pizza bar). Very good value, lovely people.

Review 101：Low quality young back packer place but expensive for what it is. Shared bathrooms. Town is downmarket. On arrival hung around for nearly 30 mins. Shouting for someine in reception. Even rang them and I was standing next to their ringing phone!- which was ignored!!. Eventually the receptionist turned up -- with the shopping he had been out for (leaving the place unsecured. No apology. Unless you are young vackpacker with money to waste dont stay there.

Review 103：We were the only couple in this place. we were quoted 52 euro's for a single room. When I arrived 'Orlando' gave me so song and dance about the price now increasing to 65 euros. I hate and cannot stand dishonest staff. It irritates me the most. I think you should probably stay somewhere else. We were the only ones there. And they bothered us 5 separate occassions.

Review 105：We arrived very early in the morning, no surcharge was made. Although it is a shared toilet, the man in charge would do the cleaning immediately and you just feel so comfortable to use it. In the morning he gave us a rose however we needed to catch the train and we could not say goodbye to him.
