Review 1：Toiletries could have been more generously supplied considering the price of the room. Only shampoo and soap were provided, but not lotion or conditioner.

Review 18：I did not like the booking.com cancellation policies. I wanted to cancel my last night because a schedule changed, but booking.com was inflexible. The hotel management said they would have been happy to change my reservation had I booked directly with them.

Review 19：Hotel was perfect for a stay on Texel. There are many great shops and restaurants in and around the hotel.

Review 20：There was noise outside of heating and airco, which made opening the door to the terrass during the night a bit unpleasant. Also we had some trouble getting the heating down so in the end we woke up in the middle of the night, trying to get the heating down and had to open the terras door and get used to the noise of the machinery.

Review 22：The receptionists, bar, restaurant room staff were excellent. Any enquiry or request was dealt with promptly and in a very friendly manner, e.g. receptionist searching the internet for up to date weather reports, taxis fares, bus timetables, boat trips to near islands.

Review 25：We didn't like having to pay an additional fee for parking at this hotel. The parking opportunity is limited and poorly planned and, in fact, sufficient parking was not available during the time when we were there. You pay a daily parking fee but it's possible that if you go out, you might return only to find no real parking spot.
