Review 1：Room instructions were in German only.
Review 2：Great place. Room was nice and comfortable, with balcony overlooking the river. Protected from noise. Meal at restaurant was good. Wifi worked perfectly. Easy nearby parking. Access to sauna/turkish bath. Nice breakfast.
Review 3：the bed could be longer and wider - but that is a common problem in both noth and south tyrol. Especiellay if your +185cm like most males from scandinavia.

Review 5：The service is VERY BASIC but the price is not. - food was a big disappointment. We had 2 dinners and ate self-service quality of food, like in a corporate canteen. Nothing was bad per-se but you expect something very different from that region, from a family-owned hotel, and from that price! - Room was ok (old furniture and bed), bathroom had extensive mold in the shower, towels were so old that they were deteriorated, and we were given two paper bags for the shower (luckily we had our things with us). - beverages not included in the meals and you are shown no price ahead (just be aware) - 3rd floor room with elevator only to the 2nd (and nobody to point you to the elevator which is not visible from the lobby) - staff was OK but, again, the service level of the area is on average much higher. - Cleaning lady tried to push me out of my room on check-out day to clean (at 9.30am with checkout at 13!). No italian nor english spoken by her (being in Italy does not mean you find italian speakers.........) - San Leonardo is a small town with nothing to do (I was aware of that before)
Review 6：The hotel offers sufficient services and food. No major issue (e.g. dirty room). + convenient parking + I was given a room facing the road that was very silent + the road to Merano is fast (20 mins) but be aware that coming from Vipiteno is not that smooth!

Review 8：Lovely room with a balcony, good breakfast and helpful staff. Good restaurant. A good location in easy reach of Vent, Solden and Obergurgl by bus or car.

Review 14：We had a room directly above the waterfalls, which turned out to be quite noisy during the night. Breakfast is basic and at 9am some things were no longer available even if breakfast time was until 10am.

Review 18：Our room and balcony overlooked a medium sized river with small waterfalls. Although pretty, it was so loud you couldn't hold a conversation with the balcony doors open.
