Review 1：No one was at reception when I got there it was only by chance I had a travel sim when I did manage to get someone they did not speak english. Not a problem usually but the door was locked adn it was 41c outside! My door lock did not work I tried to explain but was not understood. I had to leave my stuff inside and hope no one would steal it! I was given another room then had to move to my old room the next day. The wi fi did not work for me I got the first page and then nothing, the manager told me to go to the one with the best signal which I did but it never worked this really set me back as I see this as part of the price of the package. Given these substantial negatives I think I should have been given a discount on the price of the room and for the inconvenience.

Review 8：The only drawback is the location. While quite safe, the neighborhood is somewhat on the poor side. The result is that there are no really good restaurants nor good grocery stores nearby.

Review 9：For the price, the accommodations are excellent in all respects. We were greatly impressed.

Review 10：View of neighborhood apartments. Don't know how easy it is to access by anything other than car. The beds were a bit hard and could use a mattress topper. Other than that prefect.

Review 11：I really enjoyed the quiet and large space of the apartment. We had a small child with us so having a two bedroom was just like staying at home. The wifi was excellent, good amount of kitchenware for cooking meals. Grocery store about two blocks away following the waterfalls signs. Within 15 minutes drive of the waterfalls. Pizza and pastry shops a block away. Friendly staff willing to help with anything. Staff speaks English well enough to understand each other. Price was great in fact this is my second time staying here I liked it so much.

Review 13：Spacious, clean and comfortable suite. Perfect for long stay. Although not near the center of town, but it was close enough for us to walk there and back. Not much too look at outside of your window but on the inside the hotel feels like a 4 star. Those who complain about breakfast should know that the idea of staying at a suite with a fully equipped kitchen is that you cook your own meal.

Review 16：location=quite residential, not difficult to find with gps, but no restaurants or supermarkets around( if arrive late, no chance to find something to eat around/ has to drive to the city center./difficult if does not have car/bit quiet area at night) breakfast=not very good,few counted number of packed brioches,toast, jams,/ok with coffee machine facility,but no cold,cheeses,butter, milk or frigo bar supplies. Apart from those points..all great!

Review 18：The things in the room for breakfast were really not nice or even needed. More coffee for the machine would have been better than the packets of French Toast and biscuits for breakfast. We just bought lovely local bread and tomatoes etc for a Mediterranean Style breakfast.
