Review 1：Initial welcome was not usual Italian friendliness but staff made that up over the remaining days we spend at this Hotel

Review 2：Nice clean room, sea view, free parking on site. Great restaurant. Even though Hotel close to major road with a bus stop in front of Hotel the road noise was minimal once windows were closed. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. Close to Varazze city centre with many reataurant s on the promenade and beach front. Good access to Monaco and Nice

Review 3：Had the impression of bothering the staff. The air-conditioning did not work and sleeping was impossible in a very hot room. Finally a receptionist came to our room, said that it will work in 5-10 minutes. A few hours later another worker said that it will be fixed " in one-two-three-four hours"! This was just before midnight. No apologies, actually the situation seemed to amuse the staff. Never seen anything like this in a hotel.

Review 5：Staff. Unfriendly. Three different people..all disinterested and verging on rude. The hotel was a fair walk to town along a road with some areas of no path -ok in daylight, but at night with traffic not so good.

Review 6：The rooms were clean and well furnished even if our 'sea view' we paid for was only glimpsed by hanging out of the window over a ground floor flat roof.

Review 11：- only sweet breakfast, some packed biscuits were so old that contains worms - no one speaks English, only Italian - cannot use wifi, required stupid registration that always failed upon completion (tried 3x, confirming email with access credentials was never delivered) - poor service in restaurant, you have to beg to get waiters' attention - rooms just above the noisy restaurant - to get to the sea you have to walk along frequent road without sidewalk - long distance from city center

Review 23：The manager/receptionist were negative and little helpful. We ate atthe restaurant and the waiter did'nt even take time to hear ourorder out. We ordered a pepper steak, and got a piece of meet with whitesauce and no seasoning
