Rotondo Residence sells fast on our site. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, the Rotondo Residence is built like an ancient Sardinian village, using pink granite from Gallura, pastel-colored stuccoes, and natural wood. Each apartment is unique.
The apartments have a covered porch or small garden, furnished for outdoor dining. All accommodations have kitchen facilities, and has air conditioning, and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the communal areas, along with free internet terminals.
Rotondo Residence is half a mile from the seaside of the Emerald Coast and just under a quarter of a mile from the center of Porto Rotondo. Supermarkets and restaurants, the post office, and a bank are located nearby.
The swimming pool is suitable for children. At the front desk, you can book cars, taxis, and organize boat trips and excursions in the Barbagia area.

Review 1：Accommodation was clean and tidy but could benefit from updating.
Review 2：Location was good for beaches and local shops / restaurants all within walking distance. On site pool was great for kids.
Review 3：The apartment we rented although surfaced cleaned was very dusty , I am not sure it had been rented out since last August. it caused both myself and my husband to have a severe allergic reaction requiring medical attention. On the whole the apartment was quite shabby, mismatched colours and furnishings and of a general poor condition. Shame as this could be made into a luxuary apartment in what can only be described as a perfect location.

Review 5：The facilities are of poor standards but most importantly the pictures shown on booking.com are extremely misleading as they are not representative at all of the flat we stayed in. Review 16：The swimming pool has a lifeguard (all good) but only open limited hours so no early morning, afternoons between 1300 - 1600 or evening swimming permitted.

Review 18：Porto Rotondo isn't anywhere I would recommend when visiting Sardinia. There was very little happening there and not much to see. The apartment was very dark and the showers had no hot water. Almost no interaction with the staff or personality.
Review 19：The residence was okay but it would be better for a family that wants to stay in one place for a while and bring all the other things they need to cook (like oil, salt, pepper, etc).

Review 22：The apartment was quite expensive and I thought for the price it could have been better equipped - eg there was no toaster or kettle. It could also have done with being smartened up a bit and some areas weren't particularly clean (oven, balcony, floors in general). Also, it was supposed to be a two bedroom apartment but one room is on a mezzanine so it's not particularly private. The WIFI was a bit erratic and went off completely a few times, for a good few hours each time. Lastly, the air-con is just one unit in the living area so the bedroom was very hot at night as the cool air couldn't make it that far!
Review 23：Porto Rotondo is a lovely modern town right at the start of the Costa Smeralda. There are loads of beaches a short drive away as well as some within walking distance of the residence (quite a long walk, though!). I believe there is a bus shuttle in the town to go to the various beaches, although we never used this service. The residence is in a quiet spot close to the road in/out of town but also close to the supermarket, shops, port, etc. It's in a lovely quiet spot with a lot of greenery and trees. The apartment was adequate, but a little expensive for what it is, however the pool was beautiful. The staff were lovely - really friendly and helpful. As we arrived very early in the morning, and weren't due to leave until late at night, we were allowed to use the pool outwith the standard check in and out times. Eg check in was 4pm but we were allowed to use the pool all day beforehand.
