Reviews for Hotel San Leonardo

Review 1:Would have been great if they included breakfast.

Review 2:Well modernized landmark building, great that they kept the architectural highlights intact. Room was very quiet, with great view overlooking city.

Review 3:The wifi has bad. The staff didn't tell me there was a pool when I checked in, so I missed out! I only found out when I was leaving.

Review 4:Very nice hotel. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean.

Review 5:The air in the room was somewhat stuffy and dry. Would have liked the air to have circulated. Shower flow went up by itself each morning, adjustments were needed many times during the shower.

Review 6:Clean, friendly and helpful staff! Very professional, staff was eager to help!

Review 7:It was to loud inside of the hotel

Review 8:Location was excellent, Hotel is in a very beautiful building, very close to the main square, staff was very helpful

Review 9:If you have a car yu need to wait up to 40 minutes to get the car. Lack of personnel Room very small Pool very small, like a Jacuzzi Only a small elevator

Review 10:Location

Review 11:We had a reservation for four days, and needed to cancel day three and keep day four, but the hotel cancelled days three and four and we had to change hotels.

Review 12:Clean contemporary rooms, and central location walking distance to local sites.

Review 13:the royal suite, is the same size as a standar room i think maybe smaller, the closet is very small, evrything is dated and the balcony dont even have space for a chair. beds are hard as a rock and the service is very poor. the restaurant is ok but they never understand what we order, and they have only one elevator for the entire hotel, i paid a lot of money for a nce suite and what i got was a small room with two beds. very disappointed.

Review 14:the beds are very hard, the rooms are incredibly unconfortable nd small, i got a luxury view suite and it was a lot smaller than any of my standar hotels i have stay in europe. beds are very hard and and decoration is like a very inexpensive motel. i am very disappointed!!!!!!

Review 15:the gentelman in font desk try to do his best to help but the hotel facilities are to bad to be helpet at.

Review 16:Staff doesn't speak English much which was a drawback. They also did not give us breakfast coupons because we had booked online. Because of language issues there appeared some mis-communication

Review 17:Great location; Very clean. Good facilities. The bathroom was very good which is my most important consideration at a hotel. Very good safe deposit box facility.

Review 18:Room windows opened into AC service void no views

Review 19:Rooms were very comfortable and quiet, good location, facilities good, perfect for exploring Puebla

Review 20:The Room in the promotion was noicy and the bed was not good I have to pay an upgrade and the the bed was good an lees noicy

Review 21:Personal Preparado para dar atencion 24 horas

Review 22:No HOT water

Review 23:Beds were uncomfortable, lots of noise from hallways and stairwell

Review 24:Location, gorgeous lobby

Review 25:Wifi is slow. Window to nothing. Old TV. Charge for parking.

Review 26:Location, bathroom size.

Review 27:It's a little bit noisy, and it has one tiny elevator for everybody.

Review 28:The fact that the rooms are in a Holiday Inn attached to the back of theold building. Reading the description on booking, I thought our roomWould be in the old part. Better research next time I book a hotel. Ire-read the booking add and I would still think the same.

Review 29:The entry and the restored mansion which serves as lobby and restaurantand sitting room.

Review 30:One elevator for the whole hotel, sometimes with long waits. Elevator goes only to floor seven. I was on floor eight. They did not mention this when I checked in. The halls have no carpet and there is a lot of noise. One person to check people in and out. Sometimes long wait. The hotel did not have change so that I could pay a taxi.

Review 31:The internet worked well.

Review 32:My room in particular, (1st. floor) was smaller that I thought and a little bit old.

Review 33:Staff were very nice, location was excellent and food ...incredible. The hotel is charming. We would recommend it to anybody. In fact, we are planning coming back.

Review 34:The images of the rooms we rented presented by Booking.com did not match what we got. Turns out the hotel assigns the worst rooms to these kind of reservations (we had to request a change since we were given two rooms facing a wall). The rooms we got were far from the French-style decor of the building and lobby. Our rooms in the 4th floor were also extremely noisy (plumbing, slamming of doors, other guests, etc) The worst part was that they tried to overcharge us twice on the same bill at the restaurant.

Review 35:the location is fabulous and great for exploring downtown Puebla. The bell boys and front desk provided a very good service. The restaurant has a limited menu but good enough to kick start your day.

Review 36:It looks more nice in pictures. Beds are low value, too hard and you feel the springs. Staffs needs to be more organize. Good intention but need training.

Review 37:Great location, one block from main square and several attractions and restaurants. Valet parking. Very good breakfast menu.

Review 38:Very noisy. The halls are all tile. Rooms are very ordinary. No comfortable chair.

Review 39:The food was surprisingly good at times although the breakfast buffet was lacking. Well situated in the center of Puebla.

Review 40:The room was disappointing. The window faced a covered open area and were textured so you could not see out...a bit claustrophobic! The room was also ultra-modern which lacked in character.

Review 41:We loved the entrance. It was grand! One feels almost regal when entering. The restaurant is good, with a nice, be it may a bit unsung, décor with decent food for the price ($9US for breakfast buffet. It is so close to the centre, you could spit, but enough distance away (on a quiet street) will get a sound sleep.

Review 42:We rented 2 rooms. One did not have any hot water, the other room had rusty hot water. Other guests made a lot of noise, that interupted our sleep.

Review 43:I've stayed at the hotel many times and the beds are very comfortable, with lots of pillows. The location is perfect for shopping etc.

Review 44:Terrible water pressure on the showers... not in accordance with the rest of the hotel

Review 45:The view from the room, the beds, the location!!!! I would definitely recommend it

Review 46:Very nice Hotel in a good Location.

Review 47:Check In and Check out was a nightmare, very slow and without any empathy from the staff

Review 48:Location, close to important places

Review 49:Tomamos la1081 Y la vista fue fabulosa

Review 50:No refrigerator in the room.

Review 51:Beautiful lobby. Clean room. Perfect location.
