Review 5：the water heater spoil already, and when we complaint the staff are not responsive, not even want to take a look or offer us another toilet at least for bathing purpose. The shampoo dispenser also spoiled and nobody cares. For personal utilities only headcaps and soap are prepared and yet you are not disclose on the website. also, some suggestion here, prepare an umbrella so that customers at least can use it to take the car during raining, since reserved parking is not available and we have to walk far to get the car.

Review 8：Friendly and helpful staff. Basic facilities but in good condition, offer comfort and value for money. Location is a superb right in the middle of Brinchang town. Overall, we had a good two night stay and will definitely come back.
Review 9：Door has missing interior lock, hotel staff once barged in without knocking, to give towel, which was rude.Hair dryer was broken, shower cap was used. For RM179/night (exlusive GST), it does not justify the condition of the facilities.

The staff didn't even say sorry when we told them our experience about the hotel. They only said ok. Keep away from this hotel if you want a nice sleep.

Review 71：I hate to say this, but I and my wife felt really disappointed with thehotel staff, the hotel provides only one thin blanket, while they shouldknow as an outsider that the temperature drops at night, it will surelybe cold at night, unfortunately the only blanket they provided us wasdirty, and full of black hair, the bed cover was having a lot of bloodtraces (which means, there were many female travelers before us and theyused the bed cover at night while they have period), when my wife sawthese blood traces, she was freaked out, I don't blame her, it tookme a while to persuade her that other hotels might have no room, andsince we already paid cash for the whole three nights, I suggested herto stay. The bed sheets were dirty by all means,and never been changed,but luckily I brought an extra bed sheet, the only thing I failed tobring are pillow bags, and warm blanket, when I asked for a blanket (that was 2 am, because we were really feeling cold), the guy who was atthe reception said: " the housekeeping is closed, sir", I didnot wanna feel like a fool so I just went away angrily, finally themorning comes, I asked again (nicely), and there was another guy, hesaid :"OK"! With this word ok we waited 5 hours till theyprovided us a clean blanket (finally). The carpet was dusty which Iassume they don't use vacuum machine, all these situations made meannoyed on our first year anniversary with my wife. So I think it'snot value of money if their housekeeping not efficient enough, they haveto learn how to do an efficient housekeeping. The cable tv is only 5freaking channels while the hotel put a magazine show about 20 channels,which I personally felt like cheated. The water pressure was not stable.I suggest if you wanna come to the hotel, you must get prepared for suchkind of disappointments.

Cleaning every day, complimentary water and free coffee and tea in the room. The room we had was very spacious. We had a fan in the room, but didn't need it. Brinchan is ok, smaller than Tanah Rata, but more quiet. You can catch a taxi (old Mercedes) in front of the hotel if you want to go somewhere.

Review 102：When I arrived the hotel the staff told me I have to pay rm358 for mybooking, then I told the staff according to booking.com my booking isrm228 standard room with no window. They amended the booking and ask usto check in room no 202. After checked in we went out for dinner, 1 hourlater the hotel staff called us and told us they give us a wrong room,so we told them we will come back and move our luggage to other room,about 20 min later another Malay staff called us and told us that theyhave moved our luggage to room no 102 without our permission. Icomplaint to the manager in charge that this is not the correctprocedure you should not move my luggage without my permission, themanager not even apologize to us and keep telling me this is smallmatter. The hotel service is very very poor. I will not stay there againeventhough is cheap.
