Review 1：Nothing much, but I would say the pillows were lumpy and the wifi connection in our room wasn't great

Review 2：We thought the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and found the room to be clean and extremely spacious. The pool was well kept. The spa facilities were fantastic, definitely worth a visit or three.

Review 3：Hotel pretentious and overpriced. Management arrogant and unhelpful.Fridge not working in suite and no offer to repair or replace. Cannot use pool without swimming cap. Restaurant only has buffet meal. "River" view is of busy road and MacDonalds backyard. No drinking water daily in room. Poor advert for Portuguese hospitality.

Review 5：Personnel attending, from the reception to the bar. Exception to the maids, very kind. And you'll expect better food service paying 4.50€ for two slices of bread and a slice of ham with no butter or 5€ for a glass of juice with half water is not acceptable.

Review 8：The room and the bathroom were clean and spacy, even with 2 extra beds. Good decoration. Pleasant room breakfast with good and varied food. Polite and friendly receptionists.

Review 9：We chose the hotel for the Spa. However this is an independent business and the Spa staff does not consider the hotel customers to be their customers. Quite the opposite, they see them as intruders. They are far from friendly and overall they managed to turn a relaxing experience into an unpleasant one.

I arrived on my bicycle andalthough they did put my bike somewhere they made a big fuss about itand I was warned it was there at my own risk so I then worried itwasn't safe. It's not really what I would call a spa hotel. Ithas a spa that offers treatments but they're expensive and the poolis accessed via a large well equipped but very public gym. There'sno hot tub or sauna and the pool also looks quite soviet and functional.They also insist on a swimming cap at €5 which was a pain as I was inthere 5 mins before a school load of kids turned up for lessons. All inall it has the specs but lacks soul and I couldn't wait to leave.

Also check for internet access (should be printed on yourvisitors card)On check in you will got a towel cards, but instead of receiving towels in a pool or SPA zone you need go o reception(if you already in your robe for a SPA it looks at least strange in Business zone). Spa zone actually separate venue, and works from 10-20/Mon-Sat, so you will can not use any facilities during Morning or at night.
